Sheikh Ahmed Hussein Deedat (July 1, 1918 August 8, 2005) was an Indian-South African author, lecturer, and orator.[1] A Muslim, he was best known for his numerous inter-religious public debates with evangelical Christians, as well as lectures, most of which were centered around Islam, Christianity and the Bible. He aimed at providing Muslims with theological tools for defending themselves against the intense missionary striving of many Christian denominations. He used English instead of Arabic or any other language to get his message across to Muslim minorities in the western world.

I am an Atheist but whenever I listen Mr. Deedat speaks logical and keep bashing Christian Missionaries.. I have seen several videos but no Christian leader could answer Mr. Deedat statement till now…

Masha Allah, I watched the three part of the video and i can truly say that Ahmed deedat came with a straight evidence that can shows you jesus (peace bless upon him)is not god even from the Bible while the other hand the priest talks about love , unclear evidence and other staff .
Ahmed knows nothing about the Bible other than what his religion has taught him. He reads scripture in the way that will support his belief instead of reading it to see what it says for itself. All those who reject scripture reject the chance of eternal life in love and peace with God as Father. This is something Mohamed just didn't understand.

If Allah could offer the highest rank he probably wouldn't. And when God almighty, the only true God judges Deedat on the last day, He certainly would not give him any rank at all. Jesus said that those who want to be first should be last. This means that they ought to become nothing in their own eyes, humble servants before God and man, then God would exult them. Deedat was arrogant and without any humility. He mocked the only avenue to eternal life therefore forfeiting his chance of life.
Jesus is the way the truth and the life and no-one gets to the Father in peace but through Christ. Deedat mocked the very one who gives life.

Is Jesus God? - Jesus claimed to be God.
Take for example the words of Jesus in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” We need only to look at the Jews’ reaction to His statement to know He was claiming to be God. They tried to stone Him for this very reason: “You, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33, emphasis added). The Jews understood exactly what Jesus was claiming-deity. When Jesus declared, “I and the Father are one,” He was saying that He and the Father are of one nature and essence. John 8:58 is another example. Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth … before Abraham was born, I am!” This is a reference back to Exodus 3:14 when God revealed Himself as the “I AM.” The Jews who heard this statement responded by taking up stones to kill Him for blasphemy, as the Mosaic Law commanded (Leviticus 24:16).

In Revelation, an angel instructed the apostle John to only worship God (Revelation 19:10). Several times in Scripture Jesus receives worship (Matthew 2:11; 14:33; 28:9, 17; Luke 24:52; John 9:38). He never rebukes people for worshiping Him. If Jesus were not God, He would have told people to not worship Him, just as the angel in Revelation did. Beyond these, there are many other passages of Scripture that argue for Jesus being God.
Is Jesus God? - The reason Jesus must be God.
The most important reason that Jesus must be God is that, if He is not God, His death would not have been sufficient to pay the penalty for the sins of the world (1 John 2:2). A created being, which Jesus would be if He were not God, could not pay the infinite penalty required for sin against an infinite God. Only God could pay such an infinite penalty. Only God could take on the sins of the world (2 Corinthians 5:21), die, and be resurrected, proving His victory over sin and death.
Is Jesus God? Yes. Jesus declared Himself to be God. His followers believed Him to be God. The provision of salvation only works if Jesus is God. Jesus is God incarnate, the eternal Alpha and Omega (Revelation 1:8; 22:13), and God our Savior (2 Peter 1:1).

In this case you make a random and generalised judgement without giving specifics. This demonstrates nothing of what you have passed judgement for.
We need to see what you are judging, so specify the error and demonstrate the correction. If you think you know the Bible then give proof that your judgment is correct. And as the Bible states: Judge with righteous judgement (John 7:24).

Hearing about God is one thing and knowing him personally is quite another. No one can know Jesus if the spirit of God does not discover him. As long as you don't know Jesus you don't know God either (you only heard about God but you don't know him) and as long as you don't know God you don't know Jesus either (you only heard about Jesus but you don't you know him personally) The revelation and knowledge of God is manifested through the holy spirit of God. No one can know God except through the very spirit of God. Anyone can theologize about God or give an answer about who God is, but if the answer is not animated by the guidance of God's holy spirit, that answer is false. Only through Jesus Christ, the son of God, through His sacrifice do we have forgiveness and peace with God.
And you must have a special radar for identifying answers guided by your Holy Spirit.

The words I say to you are not just my own. He claimed that He and His Father were one at many places, and then He claimed both Father and Son are one, then why it was said separately, please refer this verse, John. 16:25 “Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father”, so He used figurative language for Father and for Son to hide His identity, (so this, the Father and the Son was purely figurative language, there is no Father and no Son, only one that is “He is the Almighty God”) and not to understand to anybody as per the verse John. 10:6 “Jesus used this figure of speech, but they did not understand what he was telling them”, then only the fulfillment of the Crucifixion on the cross will take place as per the God’s plan without any hurdle, if Jews knows who is He, Jews cannot Crucify Him. The Crucifixion was God’s plan to abolish the Moses Law and in that place Lord Jesus Christ kept His commandments, that is the New Covenant i.e., the four Gospels. As per the verse John. 8:24 “I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, [Or I am he; also, in verse 28] you will indeed die in your sins.” He clearly mentioned about His claim and also Lord Jesus Christ cursed them, those who did not believe His claim. As per the verse John Jn. 8:58 “I tell you the truth,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” He Himself claimed that He was born before Abraham, any prophet claimed like this and as per the verse John 9-5 He claimed that “He was the light of the world”. He also claimed as per verse Jn. 12:44 Then Jesus cried out, “When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. Jn. 12:45 “When he looks at me, he sees the one who sent me. As per this verse if anybody sees Jesus means they are seeing the Father”. Moreover, Lord Jesus Christ addressed Himself as Son of God, Son of Man and a Prophet, but He did not ask us to believe that He is Prophet or the Son of God or the Son of Man, but He asked us to believe that He and His Father are one, all other forms representing about Him are purely figurative language to hide His Divinity identity, this figurative language was also used in the Old Testament as well as in the St. Paul letters for some particular purpose. As per our Muslim brothers Lord Jesus Christ did not claim directly that He is God, it is true, but He claimed with figurative language, moreover Lord Jesus Christ instructed to His disciples not to disclose His Divinity identity anywhere, you can this see in four Gospel books. Please note that all the above verses directly spoken by Lord Jesus Christ, more than this what evidence we wanted to prove that Lord Jesus Christ divinity claim that He is God.

They were from the tribe of Levi. Mary's both parents were from the line of Judah, but her mother's father or mother was from Levi; therefore, a cousin to Elizabeth, whose both parents were from Levi. When Christ was born, it was about 2022 years ago - Moses, and Myriam and Aaron were about 1500 years before that. Deedat said about 1300 years, but that's not the issue here. Deedat was able to stomp some Christian scholars by asking, "Where did Jesus say, 'I am God'?" As Deedat said, he never is quoted as saying those words. Deedat also quoted the Messiah Jesus saying that he came not to destroy The Law and The Prophets, but to fulfil them. Deedat then dismissed the Apostle Paul and his writings. He is strongly correct in that the Apostle Paul was the main one spreading the Gospel of The Grace of God. Jesus first came for the Children of Israel - and Israel had to accept him as their king: they did not. The prophets foretold the rejection of their Messiah King by the leaders of Israel. The prophet Moses foretold Israel's rejection against God, but that Israel would come back - but the Church would be born first, then Israel would come back - this is in Deuteronomy 32 - - - there is very much I would like to share, but...

@@ROMPINANGLERS88 I agree that Jesus never said, "I am God" - no contradiction. By the prophecies of the Old Testament, he was to go to Israel first - to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, because the people were being mislead by their leaders. As The Prophet, prophesied by Moses in Deuteronomy 18, he was to speak God's words and not his own. Jesus of Nazareth was telling the leaders that if they believed in Moses, then they would have believed in him, but since you didn't believe in Moses, how could you believe in me? - This is what he told those leaders in John 5.

No. The writer of the bible interviewed some witnesses,took it from the ancient scripture and some from their own knowledge. It is a fact,so we will find some 'differ view' and contradictions in the bible,because some witnesses give differ stories,and today bible was not originally one book instead contain of multiple books being joined together. If these men inspired by god,surely god won't give different inspiration to the writers,error in names and numbers,even pornography? Why some christian sekt rejected some books??
