That rack looks like a million dollars (literally). 💪 I got so much respect for artists who can play a whole set on a modular rack. It's probably one of the hardest things you can do as a live performance so hats off to Krista Bourgeois (and others) who make it look effortless!
i have say another time on other video , respect for have left the dj mix for the live with modular , it's not an, easy way and I know the challenge that represents. Personally I'm a DJ and I do a little production so I totally understand the point of view. thanks for the masterclass on the modular , very inspiring 😉
Krista always inspires the hell out of me, definitely saving cash for that master class! Edit: Also redundancy! It would fit the theme, military design engineering principles. Edit 2: The war stories on the knobs makes me want to get into designing modules that are resistant against that.
with a name like Krista Bourgeois you were destined to be in Berlin 😁 I never would have guessed you were from the USA, you should look to collaborate with Ansome you might be the person to get him doing live shows again
Fascinating. Thanks for this video, Krista's performances are awesome and it's very interesting to learn more about them. Kudos to her!
Respect going back to the roots wth modular synthesis on live performances.

Big respect Krista! What a life!
Thanks for sharing! Interesting story, music and to pause for your set notes, makes total sense why you would write some of that down.

maybe not much of a techno scene in Portland but at least 500 boutique eurorack companies ;-)

It is a shame that Ansome does not perform.
