that being said, let's face it, there is no such thing as THE GOOD NATION. You have to broaden your horizon and listen to the news from other regions as well. I know that americans are often told they are the only true nation (with only two major parties, something funny for me from germany), but guys, no matter where we live, politics will always tell us that the decisions made are super good and better than the others ;)
Try to focus on the people. These are mostly super great. It doesn't matter if it's usa, russia, india or china, the politics in all these countries are doing shit in one way or another. Russia with Ukraine, America with the Middle East and South America, China with the Oceania, India with Pakistan.
It is important to differentiate between politics and people. I know, for example, that you two are not responsible for the fact that your government has destabilized the Middle East, and that is exactly why we have millions of refugees in the EU for whom we have to pay.

I agree about Putin. Most of the population votes for him, not because of great love, but because he is the only normal politician who will not allow the collapse of Russia. He brought us out of the economic collapse after the collapse of the USSR, restored the economy, revived the army and strengthened Russia in the international arena.

I agree about politics, there are double standards everywhere. And as bandits in Kazakhstan began robbing shops, cutting the heads of security forces, raping women and rioting throughout the country, the collective west called for respect for human rights and threatened the government of Kazakhstan not to use force against these bandits. Politics is dirt, and it is very unpleasant for me to get into this topic.

USA has big military budget, but they have to maintain lot of military bases around the world, fund lot of intelligence people working for them, and then they start a war for long years. So I think USA lot of budget go in this. About the language: it's the mother tongue percentage they are giving. 22% is the percentage of people who don't speak English as their mother tongue in the US, but obviously they do speak English as their second language.
In the case of India also many people (next only to the US) speak English, but as their second or third language. I think at least 30% of Indians can speak English.

So in short CHINA'S bugdet is considered more efficient than USA MILITARY BUDGET . Btw I am Indian and this is my opinion based on facts.
