Another narrative video with clips in episode order (though I swapped the last two kisses since I love the blissful look on Reid's face after the kiss). This one features over 70 clips, including portions of all 8 kisses and several near-kisses, probably about 2:00-2:30 of Sparkly Luke, and my co-all-time favorite LuRe scene - the one where Luke steps over Reid's legs and sits down next to him on the couch at about 3:47 and SMILES that dazzling smile.
*happy sigh*(my other favorite moment is still the Babbling kiss).
One other moment I have to point out, as I think it's the first time I've been able to actually include it in a video (it will be in the highlights reel when I get to the Dallas episode). At 0:09, after Reid says thanks to Luke, even though he knows it's all for Noah, and Luke responds "I do care," check out Reid's response. Eric does the most microscopic smile - as if he couldn't help himself. To catch it, not only is it slow-mo'ed to 40%, but a still is added at the end or it would definitely be a blink-and-you-miss-it moment.

Also, mega props to musicians Aaron & Andrew, for granting permission to use their music -- three cheers for no copyright infringement (well, except for that little matter of those video clips....er, um, yeah). I first came across their music when one of their songs was used in Guiding Light's finale (still a possibility for a future fanvid, but awaiting the right clips). I listened to both their albums (Words and Music, and Don't Go), and fell in love with this song right away as a Luke and Reid song (from Reid's POV, of course!).
For a long time, I debated whether or not to make this into a fanvid because it's such an angsty (and seemingly unsatisfied) plea, but decided last week that the opportunity to do a montage of Sparkly Luke smiles outweighed the potential to jinx poor Reid. In the meantime, while I was away with no internet access, the Nelson Branco interview with Eric came out, which makes me even more optimistic than I've always been, so I'm even more glad I made this.
Thanks to all the victims trapped in the room with me in VT (um, beta testers, that is) for their feedback and encouragement.
