This video is incredible! Thanks deeply for your VERY knowledgeable information. You have such a relaxing and confident way of filming. I could watch for an hour. Thanks again. Blessings from Manitoba Canada.
There are some benefits of having buffaloes too. They prosper on inferior quality pasture, they are more fertile, they have large teats, you can take all your time in milking they won't move an inch, they have large teats, their milk is always A2, their milk have high fat content like 7.2-12.5%, their milk have overall more nutritional value, significantly less cholesterol. In more than 5 years non of my buffaloes ever spilled any milk.
@@RandyRanchero wait you are getting me wrong. I am not talking about buffaloes that roam the prairies. I am talking about true buffaloes that were domesticated 5000 years ago in Asia, from which Indians make ghee and paneer and Italians make mozzarella cheese. One who plough the rice fields and pull carts on roads. I am talking about riverine buffaloes that are a subspecies of water buffalo, not Bisons who are vicious and more closely related to cows.
El Hombre de oro Hahaha, That makes a lot more sense. I was going to say, most of the buffaloes I’ve been around were wild and mean. I know exactly what your talking about now!
@@RandyRanchero scientific name of water buffalo is *bubalas bubalis* they were domesticated from wild Asian buffalo *bubalas arnee* , scientific name of Bison is *bison bison* they are completely different animals. They are more different than horses and donkeys they don't even belong to Same genus.
I might be driving to Georgia from Houston and getting a set of mini’s from y’all this summer or fall. Trying to learn the most I can before I make the jump. Thank you for posting this video!

El Hombre de oro That’s amazing that the buffalo are all A2 milk! I’ve had some great buffalo burgers but never thought about them for milking.
