I wanted to send a birthday wish to this person but we’re not connected for quite a long time.But I don’t know if my message is delivered or not!
I send it through iphone,there’s no deliverd written on & it’s green.
I tested it with my friend & she immediately received my message & it has the same indicators as this anonymous person!
Please tell me if it’s delivered or not?

If you call a number that blocked you it’ll ring once or twice and go to voice mail .
If it doesn’t ring at all and goes straight to voicemail the persons phone is either off or in airplane mode. ( you’re not blocked ) .
If u send a text and it goes green but sent as text message it doesn’t mean your blocked their phone is either off or in airplane mode BUT if it’s green and it doesn’t say sent as text message then you’re blocked ..

I’m in a situation where I believe someone blocked me for no reason when I try to text this person the text message do you turn blue but there’s nothing on the bottom but then a couple seconds later it will turn green and it’ll say sent as text message on the bottom of the text bubble. Does this indicate that I’ve been blocked?
Another indication that I’ve tried calling this person and it doesn’t even ring once it just goes straight to voicemail .

Well, I found out on Snapchat that they didn’t block me seems like that they deactivated their Snapchat account.
Anyway, me and this person and you slowly started talking again but then within 48 hours later, this person blocked my number I don’t know what type of game he’s playing or if he’s just confused about his feelings, but I’ve called him out on it and he could not answer my question. We still communicate through LinkedIn.

@@leleixqq I had a person for about 8 1/2 months and then all of a sudden about almost 2 months ago. He had stop talking to me. Argument, or nothing like that. There was a little misunderstanding about something but not something to block over. And I recently found out that he’s back on the same dating website that we met. No I don’t know how long he had been on there. I just got an account just to see if he was there and it wasn’t too hard to find him. Overall, I’m very upset that he has done this to me and I’ve never got my closure and I probably never well. All I can do is just move on. It’s so sad because we live so close near each other and he would’ve been perfect for me but maybe it was not meant to be. If he ever does come back and apologize, I will be waiting, but I will. At this point I’m going to date other people because he’s obviously dating others.

Def blocked cause I messaged him twice and it didn’t deliver, you also don’t have to block someone on every platform to avoid them, which means they still can block you on imessages

@@Mew2WinI thought one of my friends blocked me once, cause I didn’t hear from him for weeks. Calls didn’t ring straight to voicemail, I could iMessage them but it went as sent as text message. Later found out he killed himself. His wife didn’t know where his phone was, that’s how I eventually found out. She said it was only me and 2 other friends that were asking what was up and not getting responses
I’m here to say, my og comment isn’t necessarily *true* & there’s no true way to know if you’re blocked unless you text/call them
@@Mew2Win I have a friend right now that we have been friends for awhile. She has an iPhone to. This whole week they’ve been sending as SMS I sent 3 but last week they’re all iMessage. But it’s not the first time either, she’s lost her phone before or dropped it in water. Last week she said everyone was getting upset at her cause she wasn’t responding to people, although I wasn’t upset cause I know she has a kid. They’ve just been green since, last message she read was last Friday and then I sent her one Saturday it delivered and has been green since. So I think she lost her phone or broke it cause she’s notorious for that.

If you have blocked someone on iMessage but your messages to them are still showing as green and not "delivered," it could be that the messages are still being sent as SMS text messages rather than iMessage.

A green text message on your iPhone isn't a sign that your phone number was blocked, or that the text was not delivered.
If they are green, that means they are being sent as an SMS and not as an iMessage. If you are sending the message to a non-iOS device user, then they willl be green. If the person you are sending them to does have an iOS device, but does not have iMessage turned on, then they will be sent as an SMS.
