I wish you could automatically send a "this person has blocked you" imessage reply, or at least have an option for that. Personally, if I block someone, I WANT them to know.

Yes. Just remove them from Find My Friends, then they cannot track you any longer. Or you can just go into Find My Friends, click on you at the bottom of the page, and turn off Share My Location.

It means they’ve silenced unknown numbers once it’s an iphone. That feature blocks numbers that are not saved in their contact list.
