Fun fact: In the beginning of her trailer Silver Wolf plays the developers previous game Honkai impact 3rd and uses Haxxor Bunny the HI3 equivalent of herself

In Blade's trailer... The flowers you commented on are red spider lilies, which have a cultural association with death and hell in Japan.
Also, with regards to the bounties... All the character trailer displaying a bounty are for a group known as the Stellaron Hunters. They include Silver Wolf, Blade, Kafka, and from the first set of trailers you watched, Firefly. They all follow a character named Elio who can see into the future and is trying to guide events down a certain path through scripts he gives the Stellaron Hunters. They all have high bounties, with Kafka's being the highest.
Their bounties are as follows:
Kafka with 10.899 billion
Sam (Firefly's alter ego when she's in her mech suit) with 9.723 billion
Blade with 8.13 billion
Silver Wolf with 5.1 billion
Dan Heng does have two forms. One is without the horns and that's how we first meet him in the game. He's actually one of the very first characters we meet. That version of him is a 4 star character.
Later, they released a 5 star version which has the dragon form and the story explains the change. If you want to play the game, I won't spoil it. :)
And yeah, Jing Yuan is really cool. He and Dan Heng are probably my favorite characters.

Funny that you say that - we don't know yet, but i believe that Luocha belongs to the faction called "Knights of Beauty". They are following the Path of Beauty, which gives them power and which was created by the goddess - Idrila the Beauty. She is either dead or missing.
And i believe (my theory) is that Luocha is the knight of Beauty that carries Idrila in his coffin, searching for a way to resurrect her
Wow I hadn't thought of that and I like the idrilla in the coffin theory. I have been stuck on the Otto theory for the past year lol
Interesting theory, and in his light cone vines come out from the coffin, Idrila is associated with roses, so you might be onto something
