BarbaraL Lowell Rather than struggling to understand the speaking AND the video just concentrate on the hand movements, see if that helps. Once you have a few wraps done and your hands are used to the motions involved it gets easier. I've just spent about 5 minutes doing it and found myself getting a lot quicker. Hope that helps 👍
