ふらっと出かけた場所を紹介しようと思います。
2024年6月に京都府宇治市にある「三室戸寺」に行きました。
・三室戸寺
本山修験宗の別格本山。奈良時代の宝亀元年（770）、山中から黄金の仏像が発見され、光仁天皇の勅願によりこの仏を本尊として創建されたと伝わる。
創建以来、皇族や貴族の崇敬を集め、堂塔伽藍が整った。
現在の本堂は文化2年（1805）の建立で、西国三十三所霊場の第10番札所として巡礼者が絶えない。
花の寺としても知られ、5月のツツジ、6月のアジサイ、7月の蓮などが咲き継ぐ。『
源氏物語』の宇治十帖の浮舟にちなむ石碑もある。
拝観時間： 8時30分～16時30分（4月1日～10月31日）最終入山 15時40分
　　　　　8時30分～16時00分（11月1日～3月31日）最終入山 15時10分
拝観料：平常　大人500円　小人300円
　　　　2月～7月中及び11月中　大人1,000円　小人500円
拝観休止日：8月13日～18日、12月29日～31日

◎ あじさいライトアップ　令和6年6月8日(土)～6月23日(日)までの土日のみ
・三室戸寺前特設駐車場
ゲートや駐車券はなく、カメラでナンバーを読み取ります。
キャッシュレス決済専用になりますので注意してください。

I would like to introduce some places I went to on a whim.
In June 2024, I went to Mimuroto-ji Temple in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture.
・Mimuroto-ji Temple
A special head temple of the Shugen sect. It is said that in 770, a golden Buddha statue was discovered in the mountains during the Nara period, and the temple was built with this Buddha as the principal image at the request of Emperor K?nin.
Since its founding, it has attracted the reverence of the imperial family and aristocrats, and the temple buildings have been well-equipped.
The current main hall was built in 1805, and as the 10th temple of the Thirty-Three Pilgrimage Sites of the Western Provinces, there is no end to the number of pilgrims.
It is also known as a temple of flowers, with azaleas in May, hydrangeas in June, and lotus in July blooming one after another.
There is also a stone monument commemorating Ukifune from the Uji Chapter of the Tale of Genji.

Admission fee: Regularly 500 yen for adults, 300 yen for children
February-July and November 1,000 yen for adults, 500 yen for children
Days closed for visiting: August 13th-18th, December 29th-31st

◎ Hydrangea Illumination: Saturdays and Sundays only from Saturday, June 8th, 2024 to Sunday, June 23rd, 2024
・Special parking lot in front of Mimurodo Temple
There are no gates or parking tickets, and the number is read by a camera.
Please note that only cashless payments are accepted.
