Thanks for the demo, i just order one, and i liked your pros and cons, its a great and quick review. For the noise i think you can get the Freewheel 2.0 from CYC
Please! I'm happy if it helps you! The volume of the motor has nothing to do with the freewheel, cyc redesigned the freewheel because it apparently broke down several times! I haven't had any problems with the old freewheel until now! The volume is due to the design of the motor, it is the planetary gear made of steel gears! The cyc stealth also has copper gears that should reduce the volume a little! At least the cyc claims that there is a video on you tube in which someone has already installed this copper! The owner couldn't tell that much of a difference! But what I would generally do if you were you is to disassemble the engine and grease the gearbox properly. Best regards! M. H
Hi! Yes, with the dartmoor primal size L, the battery is just about ready to be mounted. I just looked at your frame online, in principle it doesn't look bad, unfortunately I can't tell you whether a battery really fits in the frame size S. The battery I installed is a hailong 52v / 14ah which is relatively compact in design. I think at fasterbikes.eu you can download a template of the battery in the original size. You can print them out, stick them on cardboard and then hold them in the frame. I'm not sure if that was at fasterbikes or somewhere else, you'll have to research it on the internet. Best regards. Thank you very much! The eggrider v2 display is plug and play, there is a version for bafang but also for cyc because the plugs are different! Can be bought at www.fasterbikes.eu! However, you cannot change as many settings with the eggrider app as with the cyc app! I generally have my problems with programming the controller, it doesn't take over the changed values and I can't get the two different programs (street / race) through yet! Here I have to deal more with this topic if I have time! Best regards M. H
Hi! This depends on a few factors, for example where the bottle cage screws are located. But what is usually the problem is which mounting rail your battery has. There are a few different ones, I personally only install batteries that have a rail where there is no compartment for an external controller. With this model you have five slots to choose from with which you can screw the rail to the frame. With other models I would have to drill suitable holes in the rail myself so that I could attach it to the bottle holder screws. Best regards . M.H
Can you ride it in a low power setting . I rode one and the power is too high even on setting 1. I wonder if the eggrider display with the 250 settings might make it a smoother ride with less power.
Hi Syed Abdul Gaffoor! It's impossible for me to answer this question, first of all I never fully charge the battery with only the lowest level and the general range also depends on several factors such as your own weight, clothing, altitude, headwind and so on! It's a 52v/14ah battery, I use the bike mainly in the mountains, I can only say I've ridden it on longer tours with a lot of altitude difference and I've always come home with some energy left in the "tank"! Best regards. M.H
Hi syed! The resistance without support is really very low, what you have to consider is the general increase in weight due to the motor and battery! If you don't have a lot of altitude to climb, I would say that you can get home with the bike without any major problems if the battery should be empty or the bike has a technical defect! Regards

Nice clean build 👍
Thanks ian🤘👍
The best thing with that motor is how high it sits compared to the others, although the noise is a really killer and the price
Hi Anthony!
I agree with you exactly, it's cool that you can mount it on almost any frame, but the volume is really annoying!
Best regards.
So sweet, I'm in love 😍, good 👍 job
Thanks Liam! 🤘🤘
Nice build man, i notice how compact the battery is which one is it. I have a small framed minnesota 3.0 frame I need a battery for

Hi, very nice. I have noticed you use eggrider display, do this work plug and play or you need to do some modifications? Thanks

How did you fit the battery? My battery Mount doesnt allow me to put the battery in the right place...

Hi what size chain ring jn the front and whats the max speed you can get with pedal assist and throttle only?
where did you get that battery
fasterbikes.eu
Whats the range you get with that battery with lowest assist

@@M.H11382 hi how is the resistance when pedalling without any assists, meaning will it be tough to get home on leg power if battery tuns out?
