What’s the use of this building going to be? Why pole barn vs steel?

Great question. Part is built out for two floors with offices and mezzanine storage space. Could have gone either way but like barn was affordable, quick and provided the framing needed for the office build out.

How big is this building and what was the price for it ???

60x150 and it was built almost 3 years ago so price was before the drastic building cost increases.
