I saw this "fight" once, thought Whittaker had outscored Chavez, never wanted to see it again as it is too boring to see a man trying to catch a chicken. Chavez should've trained like Rocky in Rocky II. Watching these highlights now I think the draw was about right, even think it should've been scored for Chavez. All Whittaker does is run, he's got good legs for sure. people should demand their money back.

I saw this fight and seen Whitaker start to slow down in the 6th rd and then he landed that intentionally low blow. That low punch gave him the rest he needed to go the rest of the way. I thought Chavez would have dominated the later rounds had it not been for the low blow in the 6th.
That low blow debilated Chavez, Chavez wasn't the same after the low blow. The low blow ruin the fight in a way

It's always the same story, with dancing Afro-American fighters. Not all, but most like to dance around the ring counter punching and stuff. Not really a good fight to watch but oh well well. We Mexicans like to give and take punishment until one of us falls out or dies in the ring. End of story!!

Another "win" for JCC. I wonder how much this and the De La Hoya stitch up affected Whittaker. I was a DLH fan at the time and I kept waiting for the tide to turn and it never did, at least not in the ring.
