YES Rachelle! Glad these guys are getting around the reaction community. It’s funny cause they were huge in the 2000’s scene that you mentioned, they’ve dwindled down though. Glad you’re digging the new stuff but you gotta do Bloodmeat by them! Save that for a reaction (it’s also a more popular reaction vid to do from them) and see how much they’ve changed haha
This is great! I’m glad you’re getting into em. If you could, a reaction to something off their first album “Kezia” would be amazing. It’s a lot less traditional in terms of structure, and in my opinion has a lot more raw sound to it. Anything would be good, but I would personally recommend “Blindfolds Aside” or “Divine Suicide of K”. Keep it up, love the channel! Edit: it kinda feels wrong to listen to this without reverie right after it 😂
Wow, I love this song... The groove of that riff that comes in at 2:58 fucking blows me away. I don't know why but stuff like that is always way more impressive to me than super fast shredding; still very technically proficient, but intentionally reserved and fitting for the song, I guess... You're right they seem pretty influenced by the 2000's hardcore scene, as well as older punk stuff with that drumming.
A lot of really cool guitar work on this album from what I’ve heard of it. I can’t wait to finish it! But yeah I definitely hear that 2000 influence which is a great thing in this case haha. Glad you enjoyed it as well!
So, this seemed pretty real, and for one of the best under-reacted bands out there. You earned a sub tonight, a ding of the bell, and I'm hoping to see MUCH more PTH stuff from this channel. You stumbled upon gold. This is the Jinjer that people overlooked because Jinjer was a thing.
This album is immaculate.

Hell yeah, thanks for the heads up!! I’ll definitely save that for a reaction. I’m loving what I’ve heard so far 🤘
Do a lyrics listen now.
This album is a concept album and it's got some of their most powerful lyrics to date
That was great. The ending is a dream. Love the lighter swaying part! 😁
This album is a masterpiece. Next song you should check out from this album should be is either reverie or little snakes. Love the content keep it up.
i strongly suggest taking the time to listen to the whole album, it's a masterpiece. Musically and lyrically.
Jesus so many songs I've never heard you be posting.. I know this band. Not much about them but do know of them. Going to see what I feel about this
I love that you did this video. I've listening to this album alot recently, and the whole thing is amazing
When I see a reaction to PtH, I sub, no question.
Thank you, glad to have a new sub!! 🖤
My first time hearing the new PTH and I love it so much!!!
This band is my favorite

I agree. That riff is one of my favourite parts of the album. Heavy, but groovy, great combo.
Check out their album "Volition", they got Chris Adler from Lamb of God to come and track for the album and things got nutty
I like it alot!!, the singer reminds me of someone and I cant place it though.
Keep up the excellent work 🤘
Did you listen to the band At the Drive in?! Type O Negative?! So many influences in his vocal style.

Btw, I LOVE Jinjer, they were the last band I saw live before COVID. but really, this band deserves the attention. These guys are fucking great.
Palimpsest is one of the most underrated albums of all time
subscribed and notifications are on when you said you're kistening to the full album. Love your input
I still need to put some more PTH up! Thank you so much for subscribing and hitting the bell! 🖤🤘
Rachelle Reacts can't wait! I'll show my support
I appreciate that!
DO NOT LET THIS BE THE ONLY ALBUM you check out Volition and then 3 prior to it are their best work
You should react to drumhead trial or clarity
Man those lows are really surprising
Agreed!!
Unique mathcore, I liked the react🖤🤘🏻
Clarity, reverie or gift horse reaction please! Nice vid !
Reformed or redefined
As if by design
By a prison system that is all but resigned
When the ideal prisoner
Spends his life
Drifting back and forth
The whole album is amazing. My favorite album of theirs other than Fortress(2008) but I may only like it more because of middle school nostalgia 😂
🤘🤘🤘😍Topppp
Should of listened to the Fireside... That song is criminally underrated
Texas In July - Nooses
Would like you to react to some killswitch engage also you gotta react to slaughter to prevail chronic slaughter
Never ever be afraid to look weird on TH-cam! I see you smile then 3 seconds later it fades. Do you think its just nerves?
No, I’d say that’s probably just a moment passing. I’m about as myself as I can be on these videos.
@@RachelleReacts sorry I don't mean to offend. I just thought that's hows I felt 🤔
@@Austinreactss I'm not offended! No worries :)
Love it musically, the singer's style makes it unlistenable for mw.

That's too bad, that's the reason I love it.
