I haven't owned a server in a while, try going into the server panel if you have a dedicated host and there should be something relating to bans and unbans. If that isn't the case I recommend going on to the SCP:SL Discord server and find help there.
You have to have EXILED installed, which is a Plugin Framework. When you have EXILED installed on the server, use the plugin AdminTools, this will allow you to change sizes
