sir i have a doubt... earlier you were using Vr (relative velocity in mass flow rate term m=(rho).a.Vr) now you used V1 also ((Vw1-u)-(-Vw2+u)) which is actually component of rel.velocity Vrci-Vrco =(Vw1+Vw2) but now directly you used (Vw1+Vw2) why component of relative velocity is not taken here???
In series plates the jet is striking the plate countinously one after the another plate in series so we taking the abs velocity but in previous case there is only one plate moving with u velocity so it is never strike with v But in series the moving curved plate is replaced by upcoming plate by one after the other in same position where the jet was striking
