I think this is the most decent debate I have ever seen in recent times.
How come everything is started by Congress, but never implemented? And then they want credit for it. Also, I am surprised withNeelkanthji for not talking about new IITs/IIMs. It seems he was not prepared. And have to give credit to Chindambaram. While Congress hasn’t performed well, he was well prepared to argue his case.
