    I can't imagine how these type of people ever exist here on earth because i had no idea about narcissist all these 15 yrs which i had eperiance with my ex partner.But i thanked God for giving me the courage to leave my ex without a second thought .Though it was very hard for me because he keep texting me like he had done before but i didn't reply .Its almost a month now i don't want to do anything ,i thought it was a dream ,and i can't described the pain and sorrow which i udergone during these 15 yrs especially at the same time raising my two kids a boy and a girl,but i thanked God for making me strong and eccepting that what ever happens in my life it is according to God's plan.

      Its annoying when they reach out a month, 3 months, maybe even a year...I hope it stops even though it really makes me feel good because he regrets but then I remember its a selfish manipulative tactic he's trying and its just interrupting my healing and I hope one day he'll either GET IT and make a change or just LEAVE me alone. He has others so I don't get it. He knew them longer than me too.

    Your videos have helped me so much to understand dealing with my ex covert narcissist. He keeps hovering me after 2 years. He discarded me out of nowhere right before a vacation and planned holidays together. I went no contact immediately, he started to hoover 6 months later like nothing happened. Some nerve! These ppl are delusional.

    I do believe this is true I was loyal honest and offered her the best life I possibly could she chose to cheat on me and to think I was with someone I didn't even know for 11 year has woken me up and learnt me a big lesson

    I am strong Embath. I never new about covert narcissist or narcissist. My experience it was so dramatic which end up to expose her. I felt sorry for her but I understand we are contracted to be happen and I dont have any anemosity to odds her. I am happy is happen to me as I help myself to self loving and healing .       You’re not alone. I just got out of a 26 year marriage. Only 5 days ago. Everything is going so fast but yet so slow. It’s weird to find yourself again. I feel into them through the years. And when the curtain fell I couldnot not see it anymore.

    I opened my life for her, made incredible effort to bring her in my country, have 3 small children with her who she’s now using and abusing as pawns against me whilst traumatizing them at the same time. A legal battle for custody is ahead. I can truly say she has deregulated my life profoundly. My house and livelihood is at risk. At times I feel like I am dealing with the devil. I am not sure if I ever will be able to forgive

    I always know that he won’t replace me. He can easily find low hanging fruits or airheads. But to replace me it’s an impossible task for him. He is running losses in Thailand where he can buy love! “Buy”!

    I thank God that it was only 5 months. The "worm," married while we're engaged. What a shocker😮
    He discarded me without cause. But, I am truly grateful that it is OVER. What I lost: a liar, cheater, joker, a demon 👿, a Coward and a clown 🤡. It was never meant to BE. I'm Moving forward continuingly to live my BEST Life. He will Reap what he sowed🎯. God is HEALING me ✝️💪🏽💯.

    They were walking along the road, he was looking at her and smiling. How has he found happiness when I am still ruminating and in pain? I gave too much, he had nothing. I cared, supported, accommodated, fetched and carried, lent money. We fell out every week because of his disrespect and toxic comments. He always persuaded me to let him back. He was definitely grooming the next person who he went to within days. He downgraded me for someone with young kids, works part time and i hear a filthy little house. It doesn't make sense.

    I don't find it hard to believe ...I have eyes!
    The boy is screwed up bad over it.
    So much so I questioned if his years of abuse was actually even narcissism because he did not run to the next one for supply. He is heartbroken and pitiful, (which also made it hard for me to leave for so long Because I felt sorry for him. I don't want to be responsible for breaking someone's heart.)
    But he literally left me no other choice! For years,He just made every single day miserable- for no reason.
    Instead of learning growing in loving , he always just wanted to insult me and be little me because he always thought I was cheating except I never once did (and never gave him any reason to think it either)

    Because my husband no longer wanted to be controlled by his mother,she no longer speaks or talks to my husband and it’s been 10 years with no communication. He has tried to visit her and has left notes on her door but to no availability … so for his own peace and well being he no longer expects anything from her and will no longer try… but he will forgive her if she ever decides to speak to him and say that she is sorry but we both know that will NEVER happen. So sad!
