There's no real formula or way to transfer your settings, you just need to mess around with the sens settings and find it that way.

They really should add a training room Teodra! I might make a video on this, but for now the best way to find your perfect sensitivity is to play multiplayer. Start by changing your vertical and horizontal sensitivities until they feel good, then start changing your sensitivities for each scope in the game. This means you also have to change your load out so you can try the different scopes. Hope this helps!
