Yeah, she's a genius. Every album is like it was made by a different super talented artist.
there's a reason her and david byrne worked together (one of my favorite albums tbh). he knows talent
I feel like a lot of us are going to feel like the troubled friend in this song this time of year. I love that she wrote a song that articulates this feeling so well.
The album version was amazing. This live version is even more incredible. Such a great song.
Some times when songs are played live they take on a spirit of their own.
Seriously, I can't stop watching/listening to this performance. The song, the vocals, the drums, the guitar, the backing vocals, the bass, the keys; all amazing.
SO GOOD! Down and Out Downtown, Live in the Dream, Somebody Like Me and this song are my absolute favorites from the very brilliant Daddy's Home.🔥❤️
Agreed!
Live in the dream is the only one dont get :(
Her performance here was so good, I even get a bit emotional in her intro at the casual thanks that ‘we’re all back together again’
This is the best ACL set I have ever seen, this band has it all going on, - And this track is pure magic
The way this woman uses the English language makes me feel so so much ❤️
Favorite song at the moment! Heartfelt and love that acoustic
Yes.
Love that it's both complex and simple at the same time. Very compelling.
Annie = Genius in Sound & Motion
insanely amazing performance!!!! such an amazing chemistry between annie and her band, her back up singers, i wish i was friends with all of them
The Sennheiser slide! I love that. What a beautiful song.

@@Randyhouser-tn3wm You okay, sugar? ;-)
It’s nice to be able to satisfy my fans if I may ask dear how long have you been my fan and where are you from?
@@Randyhouser-tn3wm I'm from Nogodiggydie and have been a big Annie Clark fan since about 1976!
Do you have a favorite song /album and have you been privileged to any of me concerts
From New England & this is my 1st time hearing her. She's amazing.
Check out her SNL performances from last year, if you haven’t seen them. They’re so good!
I absolutely adore this stage, it's so much fun! Especially since it's one of my favourites from the album. This makes me even more excited for the tour ❤
what tour? The tour already ended almost two months ago and no more dates. And that is such a shame because this show was easily the best show in the US this year.
@@eikuulusulle766 In London 2022 👍
@@mcmegz1520 aa, forgot the random European tour, hopefully it will not get cancelled. It's so wrong that she didn't get any praise and recognition of this tour and album.
@@eikuulusulle766 i hope so too 🙏 agreed this is for sure one of my favourites, I find myself listening to it all the time 🥰 I'm glad it at least got a grammy nom as it deserves.
I love this performance. A Christmas song.
Also, I would like to think that the remaining drink the waitress was holding when exiting the stage was hers.

Killer Song ! Love the guitar ! Love the chorus !
Those pedal steel guitar licks from St. Vincent! Swoon!!!!
Annie is the new Prince right? Looking forward to her Super Bowl show.
as much as I would love to see that come true, I think her music style is too "weird" for the pop, rock, or funk scenes.
She is the fucking bomb. What a tune! ❤❤❤
Immediately bought her album. 😍😍😍
perfect harmony what a pleasure to hear this...
Yup, she's incredible
Very thankful to see this live version on Austin. Didn't tour in Florida so glad to hear and see this in hd

Amazing
queeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen
Look at them boots.
It's Jason Faulkner and Justin Medal-Johnson, but is it Roger Joseph Manning Jr. on keys?
What kind of little parlor guitar is Jason Falkner playing?
Roy Rogers
A sweet song against holiday cultural capitalism.
she is claire from modern family
little ghostie
Almost gave up on this cos the intro was long. Glad i didn't. Decent track.
Like her but wish she could belt out the big notes rather than back off of them. Would make her songs much more satisfying. Not sure she can though?
Not a big fan of the new Vincent record. It just all seems unnatural and preplanned. But she’s gonna do whatever the fuck she wants.
She don't do nothing for she should learn how to dress. Also I would never buy a ticket. Makes me want to throw UP.
Ooh. That sounds serious. Maybe you should talk to your physician about that.
Cool story bro, absolutely riveting, thanks for sharing!
lol go touch some grass
I doubt if anyone will miss seeing you there. Take your barf bag and go sit in the woods.
I like this St Vincent best, I think. Style and music and look wise. And singing. All of it, man.
