Do they just not have a testing team? Basic shit like the cargo being too big for the elevator is something that should be addressed before its even released in the PTU
@@aerialelement33 those were my thoughts, just stated a little more harshly. 😂 Love the game idea, hate the way they don't use common sense in development a lot of times. Overcomplicate to the point they're lost. Ha.
@@StreakerSix pretty sure they said they were putting funding towards... "bed deformation", and not core gameplay necessities. Also, new mech thing not even teased, cool right? But still no sign of smoothing out some jank. I just... I see the potential, and I hate how it's wasted on the small new stuff, and not the big core stuff.
The problem is they have EVERY elevator going to one location. It's like the designated one of each size hangar for a persistent hangar and that's all you get. You no longer have the option to just spawn them at a non persistent hangar anymore. Bad design choice if you ask me, even for first iteration.
What makes you think I haven't? Why do most people White Knight game developers? Is it because game development is hard? I don't know, I've been a backer of this game since Feb 2015. Since 2018 when 3.0 launched, I can quite confidently say they have barely moved forward in the actual game development in the past 6 years. Yes, they have, but barely. People need to start holding hands to the fire instead of coddling. I answered the call in 2016, where were they? FYI PTU is Alpha version of the Alpha version.
@@StreakerSix well, I am a backer since 2013, and I know that the development is slow. I am buy no means defending CIG because I am really pissed by the direction they took SC to, and the fact that we still have nothing playable. However the point I was making was completely unrelated to that. It was that you are literally a part of the development cycle. Other studios would employ testers to find and report bugs, but star citizen have found brilliant move to have them for free. How weird would it be for you to watch a member of the development team whos role is to spot and report to dev team bugs, complaining about bugs and stuff not being polished??
@@hedeon1979 I can respect your opinion on that, however, we all paid to test this... Paid, and were definitely not thinking it would be in testing for 10+years. Wasn't SQ42 Feature Complete in 2015 also? 🤣 These are my real reactions to issues they have in their game so far. I will praise them when they deserve praise, and call them out when they need to be called out. I'm not going to be someone that only praises or berates them, I give my true reaction. How would you feel as a new backer watching how great they make this Alpha game seem in their trailers only to be met with the things I am complaining about... They've had 6 years (I'm only going to hold their hand to the fire since 3.0 launch as that is really the most feasible start point) to get elevators working and not all of a sudden throw in garbage like 7 elevators servicing one hangar, which is what they currently have with the persistent hangars... Hold off if you can't make it work. It's bad game design, not polish. They sell containers that don't even fit on the Cargo lift? Bad game design... This isn't polish, it's using little to no thought process and throwing sh*t at a wall and seeing if it will stick. There are multiple things in this video I liked and/or just gave subtle feedback. I spent many years defending most of their BS... I even walked away for 4 years to come back to... Not much more than they already had. This is Alpha, time to make all the core game play mechanics, which are nowhere near complete, most are still T0 and haven't been touched in that 4 years or completely being redone (FM, I'm looking at you! 4th redo?) Fact of the matter is, it's time for them to be held accountable and not coddled. I paid a lot of money over the years for my right to bitch, I don't just have a beginners game package, and you probably have more than just that also.

It's always shown the elevators current location.

We made it our mission to report every Scam Citizen videos in youtube.
Good luck with your mission.
Why would you report this video, tho? It’s pretty legit, considering how polarizing most of the vocal SC players are…

@@StreakerSix I don't see a game. Only digital ship buying platform.
Plays Beta version of the Alpha version of the game -;complains about stuff. Report it to the devs, that's why you have been given access
