I live in japan just did this for my wife and I didn’t even see this video. The quality of food here is incredible, it’s hard to eat out when the supermarkets are just as good. I love the thick cut bacon here and the orange creamy egg yolk. The bread here outstanding, It only took 15 minutes to make. the best utensils for cooking are in Kappabashi in tokyo. I’m sure there are other places throughout Japan, but that place works for me.

I have an awful morning routine (if you can even call it a routine), and seeing this might inspire me to be better about it. A better morning might really help me push through really tough work days. @Marco Mathies the pan won't rust if it's seasoned on the entire surface. I don't coat mine in oil after use and there is still no rust even when I don't use the pan for a while. The patina is more than enough protection.

You look like you could really benefit from some electric mug warmers 😁 they would keep your coffee warm while you’re so busy! I love the video and found it really inspirational
Stir just a drop or two of water into your coffee beans with a spoon handle before grinding. It greatly reduces the static when you grind and keeps your coffee grounds from going everywhere!

I’ve cooked for a long time professionally and I tell you this. Finding some time in the morning to make yourself and possibly others in the household a good meal, it can heal the soul. We are very fucking fortunate to have access to the opulence of this time. Much love

Bruh that was the worst part. It had no salt or pepper. Just meat and half fried eggs. It was as raw as an uncooked meat.
