- I want to share my exceptional luxury Brunch (buffet) experience at the new 5 STAR Hotel in Kolkata - TAJ City Centre New Town, which is the latest branch of @TajMovies in our City of Joy. I recently went there with my buddy to avail the brunch on a Saturday noon. I tried to make a well informed vlog at this place, capturing its beautiful ambience and delectable food at the fine dining restaurant - Shamiana.

2) Ar 1500 & 1800 er difference ta kothay bujhlam na please, jodi bole dyan. Is it like 1500 ey kono drinks e nei?

1) Breakfast ar lunch ekshonge kora ta ke "brunch" bole...ete breakfast items o included thake jmn different types of breads, salads, cold cuts, etc. Apnar jeta joto ichhe niye khete parben. ☺️
2) 1500/1800 holo base price tar opor tax, service charges add kora hoye. Ekhane duto option thake mainly, ekta alcoholic brunch (jekhane apni unlimited cocktails and drinks nite parben) arekta non-alcoholic (jetaye apni shudhu available mocktails ba juice nite parben). Ei duto dhoroner brunch er daam ta alada hoye...tai jnno orom daam er difference.
3) Tax kisher ebong kotota ney sheita thik ami kheyal korini sir...kintu video er sheshe bill ta dekhano ache apni chaile sheta ektu pause kore dekhe nite parben. 😊

went here on a weekday for lunch and they had nothing! there was no "spread", only 1 chicken curry, 1 ordinary fish curry, 1 omelette curry, 1 paneer curry, plain rice and aloo gobhi. very disappointing

এই ব্লু চীজ নিয়ে আমার ২০১৭ সালে প্রথমবার অভিজ্ঞতা হয়। অফিস থেকে ডিনারে জে ডব্লিউ ম্যারিয়ট নিয়ে গেছিল। ম্যারিয়ট তখন কলকাতায় নতুন নতুন এসেছে, তাই অফিসের সবাই খুব উত্তেজিত। ডিনারে গিয়ে আমি প্রথমেই কোল্ড কাট সেকশন থেকে এক্সটিক জিনিসপত্র নিয়ে নিলাম। তার মধ্যে এই ব্লু চীজ ছিল। একটা বড় বাইট নেওয়ার পরে একটু চিবিয়ে সে যা অবস্থা আমার!!! ওয়াশ রুমে গিয়ে থু থু করে, ভালো করে মুখ ধুয়ে তবে একটু স্বস্তি পেলাম। তারপর এসবের মোহ ছেড়ে প্লেট ভরে ল্যাম্ব বিরিয়ানি আর ল্যাম্ব কষা খেলাম।

I've eaten there at least 10 times--breakfast, brunch, dinner--the food is excellent and the service is also perfect. The restaurant and the hotel are beautiful and full of Bengali folk art pieces.

Hi.. Is it walkin or a reservation is required? Also is there a time slot to catch the weekend brunch?
You can avail this buffet through both ways...I myself walked in and had this amazing brunch without any prior reservations. The timing is around 12-4 pm ☺️
