- Ibiza Spain is the famous party island but is this travel destination worth it?As someone who rarely parties, I came to review Ibiza, experience the island and to see how to travel Ibiza outside of the nightlife. Get the wildly powerful yet tiny GO3: www.insta360.com/sal/go-3?ins...

Stop with "I'm 30" crap. Thirty is nothing. I'm 52 and my wife is 54. We have done more fun/crazy sh*t in our 40's and 50's than anything earlier. Honestly 20'ies if for beginners. 30's you start figuring sh*t out. 40's is when things really get fun in life. And now in our 50's we are gaming and playing and having as much fun ever. Good vid. Well done. Your editing is epic.
Agree! It just seems he can't wait to become an old guy. And in Ibiza, full of people over 30, 40 and 50 years old.
When you hit 30 you think your old, I actually moved to Ibiza 39 for 8 years loved it
Exactly 🎉😅
100% agree. Why stop at any age? If you love music and being social, then there is no age to stop. I'm 58, wife is 53 and we still love to go out and enjoy life. Love Ibiza! We are planning on going this summer and our 3 daughters want to come and show them the best Dj's. lol.
@@luvdelux10 This is it! I think the only thing that 30 teaches you is that the hangovers are worse, energy is a little harder to come by, especially if you keep comparing yourself to when you were 21... Have fun, dont get sloppy, little water and some good sleep and you can enjoy a social scene forever.
As an electronic DJ I bloody love Ibiza. It’s a great place for work on and off between European gigs over the Summer. What people don’t realise is that the island can be peaceful, tranquil and beautiful. The underground scene is insane, the private cave raves and the hippy scene are just unmatched
how can I learn more about the underground scene? going there in August and coming from Berlin so I tend to prefer that :)
@@zacheberhart1564 Berlin has some cool nightclubs but overall is a city that becomes routine very quickly. Sorry.
@@carystevensky there is a big underground scene here as well, just gotta know where to look :)
How can I find those caves????
@@qusifor9108 Do a Google search for Blue Cave Croatia!
As a Spaniard I would never go to Ibiza in summertime 😆. Whenever you want you're invited to come with me and travel in the authentic Spain, where nobody will ever charge you 48€/person for a paella haha. Nice video!
Hahah I’m down for a paella but not ever like that again 🤣 send ur pin 📍
haha I watch both of your channels.
106$ just to get IN!? 😂😂😂😂😂FOH
I travelled in white hilltowns of Andalucia when I visited Spain in 2016, it was my favourite, quiet, authentic and truly felt immersed in the culture. My next trip in Spain will be the same, discovering other villages/towns that are not as famous. Ibiza has never been on my wish list.
Actually Ibiza had two sides. If you stay on the budget side of the island and don't buy the expensive food or go to the expensive parties, Ibiza is one of the cheapest destinations in Europe. As a travel advisor I recommend Ibiza to a lot of budget travelers
Thanks for the information I didnt expect that! Maybe I should add this too my bucket list!
Hi, is it good for vanlifers?
Been to Ibiza 3x this year, haven’t been to a single club. Sailing and enjoying the old town mostly. Absolutely love the place, has so much beauty and stunning nature to offer!
I came home from Ibiza last week. It was my first time and I fell in love. I'm planning to go again in September. Thanks for the tips!❤
Don't forget to add lime to your paella
Like many, I also had misconceptions about Ibiza and had no intention to visit because of its fame for being super expensive but I decided to give it a chance last year for opening season and oh man, was I wrong about it! It's so much more than just clubs, music and good vibes are everywhere! It seems like everyone on the island is always in a party mood, no matter the location and time of the day and I loved that! You also don`t have to spend a fortune, there are still some local restaurants and bars left where the prices are reasonable, you just have to look for them and the same goes for beach clubs and parties, there are budget options available... I would definitely go back!
First time I went to Ibiza I didn't know about how crazy the parties were there , I was young and just wanted to have some time on a Mediterranean island. And to be fair I managed to explore every part of it in the weeks I lived there. Ibiza it's way more then just clubbing.
Really glad you decided to visit the island after all this time and many other adventures around the world. For sure the hotspots know how to coin it with tourists like Blue Marlin and many others but there are so many other places to visit that look after the visitors more than their pockets. If you ever decide to go again I know the island almost 40yrs and call it my second home. But really enjoyed this video and thank you for taking the time to vlog it and experience the island.
The fact that your first stop was Circoloco at DC10 says loads...much respect...we love DC10 we love Ibiza ❤
The video is amazing! I think that every summer you have to go to continue living different experiences in beaches, gastronomy and a bit of partying! There is a very famous phrase in Spanish that is: Una vez al año, no hace daño! (once a year, it doesn't hurt!)
Always enjoy your travel content with Ruby. You guys are so cute together. It makes us feel like we’re there with you. I went to Ibiza 8 yrs ago and had so much fun with my best-friend. I’m from the US, she’s French and well she def questioned my taste when I suggested Ibiza haha but once the trip ended she loved it and glad she didn’t listen to her friends and coworkers 😅. We had the best time of our lives exploring beaches, ate yummy tapas, danced the night away, explored the town much like you did. We’ve been to many places together and to this day, it’s still one of the best in our memory. I’m coming back to Ibiza next month and will visit Formentera this time. Looking forward to amazing Ibiza again!
Amazing exploration around Ibiza. Such a beautiful place with lots of partying and swimming. Tnx4sharing 🏊👍
Nice video. Nailed the vibe there. I have been going for 15 years. Summed up the different clubs scenes pretty well too.
Thank you for your video, sit really represents what Ibiza is, I have been going since 2017 and this year I will make my 10th time going to the white island, just because I love the music and the clubs, but at the same time I love the culture, the beaches, the vibes, etc. This is truly a perfect video, couldn't expect less from you mister. Im sharing this video with all my friends!
Coming back to this channel after 3 years. Have to say it has really transformed.
The parties in Ibiza are so famous and hyped that I've never heard anything else about this island so I had to come and see for myself if there is more to it than the just the nightlife.
And now over to you..what's your take? Is it worth the hype?

Great video as always .... But.....
Its pronounced Ibeetha sorry, only Americans call it with a Z and it sounds soooooo wrong lol th-cam.com/video/JKVgz6PAv80/w-d-xo.html
Hi Christian. I love Ibiza. Te first time I visited there was in 1989. I stayed in Portinax away from the noise of San Antonio. I stayed in a hotel called Hostal La Cigüeña. Ibiza back then 34 years ago was like paradise. Now they have ruined it. The beaches back then were like the Caribbean sea, crystal clear and it wasn't over populated with tourists. Formentera a island near Ibiza had incredible tropical, crystal, blue clear water, and a nudist beach. It is still fun there but not like it use to be. I was only age 28 back then. I am now age 61, fighting for my life with long COVID, Coronary heart disease and more. 34 years ago.... You were not even born yet. lol I fly by an airline named Dan Air and still have the Super 8mm film capture of my flight back then.
I recently begun making TH-cam videos. Does anyone have advice on how I can improve them?
@@EddieExplores girl with bikini in thumbnail so that you can get more views 😂😂(kidding)
Go to Mallorca instead
Such a great video. We have the exactly same thought about Ibiza, haha. And yes, it is very very very expensive! However, if you’re into party, that’s the place!
What a rare and informative insight in to this island. Mega video.
I've followed this channel for years and the way it started off was so pretentious that i rolled my eyes. saying that, you actually went in with an open mind and found out that it's about understanding the culture of the place your visiting. i'm happy at the end you understood the location and had a great time! you also had fun!
Just found your channel as we are visiting in August. Really enjoyed your video!!!
This is the type of content that I love too watch, Christian your videos are amazing, you know I also made my first travel vlog to Cuba! And i was nervous talking to a camera i have no idea how u do this so perfectly fine 😭keep up the great work!!!😃
Ah Ibiza, where the sunsets are as iconic as the DJ drops! Thanks for showcasing that Ibiza is not just about parties but it's also about the sunsets, cathedrals, tourist spots and a bunch of trendy beaches. I won't be surprised if I saw a seagull drop the mic after a particularly breathtaking sunrises and sunsets lol.
But, one thing I'm certain right now after watching this video, I would love to showcase this place for my TV show, too!
Meny years ago I spent 1 week in Ibiza On the camp site under the tent Best holidays i ever had 🦎
I’ve never been but it’s def on the list!
Awesome video as always 🔥🤞🏾
Well done and I love your story telling. I've been there also and loved it, my favorite part of the trip was Formentera, which I was told in Europe they call it the "Spanish Caribbean".
Good inspiration. I watched your videos a few years ago. Now, I’m traveling around the world while making videos!
Hope our paths cross 🙌
I literally searched "Lost LeBlanc Ibiza" like 2 weeks ago lol! Glad the video came into existence 👌
My home for the last 12 years. Best Paella is at Cala Carbo. Off the tourist track. Would never eat at Cala Gracioneta. DC10, best party, best crowd.
I was thinking in Ibiza and @LostLeBlanc just uploaded a video of Ibiza ❤️ thank you. the video is perfect.
I love this!! Ruby is so pretty ♥️😍 Hope to meet her soon! Watching from the Philippines ❤
The playground for the wealthy!🤑 Would love to experience it, but also pretty over the party stage. You must definitely do Madeira pls, would love a look into this place.
Great Video, thanks for showing us the other side of Ibiza
I’m glad you found cala gracioneta
Stunning place!
Thanks for the video. I think it shows a pretty fair picture of what Ibiza is during the summer. Such a pitty you couldn't go hiking though. I'm a Spanish guy who has been visiting Ibiza every year since 2006 and I'm in love with the island. You can get lost in the middle of the nature and enjoy its beautiful landscapes and, at the same time, you have the option to party at the best clubs in the world. And I think that is the possibility to do both what makes Ibiza so special to me.
I have been there in 1991 and it was so amazing 😻 met Niki Lauda at Pacha 😎 it was an unbelievable week with not many hours of sleep 😂 great video Christian 💪🏼 good memories come back
@lostleblanc we’re gonna need some outfit details! You and Ruby always kill with the wardrobe
Hey Christian...that plant you liked is a Bougainville! They grow all over the world and like hot and dry weather but cannot take the cold. I am sure they grow in Bali! Cheers!
mallorca is a must visit for anyone thats interested in finding some really cool nature
Ibiza is deffo worth the hype for me, one of my favourite places in Europe. DC10 is an insane place always packed to the absolute brim but music is so on point 🔥
DC10 was my fav of the bunch 🔥
Nice one, hit me up next time you're back on Ibiza! Love you channel
Love your videos Chris!
Nice video, though you missed the most emblematic of Ibiza and what make this island so famous internationally back in the ‘70. The chill out music in Café del Mar while watching the sunset. It is just magical!
Guess this is my reason to go back?
Yeah I grew up listening to Cafe del Mar, probably because my parents and I were there in the mid 90's.
I love ibiza . I have been there 2x there this time. Love the island . I would recommend going on the off season .
Amazing Video like always, I am visiting Ibiza since 20 years every year and you need to come back, you just missed to many really important spots! I was working on the island in many clubs plus finding my wife there and going now with my kids there :-) I can have some guesist everywhere for all the clubs so in case just let me know! Also missed out on some insane tapas ;-) and the more „secret“ spots like 4 example fish shack
i love your videos and the way you translate your adventures
thank you
really good blog. showing great places
I love an honest, comprehensive review for 30+ year olds 👌👌👌
12:51 I saw some of those flowers when I was in Mexico and they’re soooo pretty
Where are you two? Miss the vids..vlog..trips..fun adventure trips ❤
It looks really busy but if you go over the other side of the island, you are sure to find a quiet spot and quite nice too !
Awesome content! Keep it up!
Great sharing this wonderful views Very Nice
love these videos :) hope one day I get to travel like you.
Hope you do too 🙏🏼
It is so pleasing that this video is of all the tourist traps both in Ibiza and Formentera, and does not show any of the essence of the islands. We live in a town south of Barcelona (Sitges), and have been to Ibiza/Formentera at least 12-15 times. Fortunately you did not mention any of the areas north of Ibiza, nor any place other than "Beso Beach" in Formentera. I noticed that your "paella" was made with frozen Australian Shrimp, and not any local seafood.
("Paella" is from Valencia and has only these ingredients; rabbit, chicken, and a bean called "Garrofa", and occasinally snails. All other rice dishes ARE NOT PAELLA, BUT "ARROZ DE...." Fortunately that way of cooking rice in both Ibiza and Formentera are the method used in the province of Alicante which produces the most variety and best rice dishes in Spain. For example "arroz de señoret", rice with shelfish and fish without their shelss or bones, "Arroz Negro", rice with cuttlefish and squid ink, "Arroz a Banda", rice with cuttlefish and always served after "Bullit de Peix".)
You then were at "cala Gracioneta" and ate at another "tourist trap" for foreigners. I just reviewed their menu that does not include any local fish (yes but they have farm raised Norwegian Salmon), hamburgers, and steaks. Then you went "Blue Marlin", another tourist trap. OF COURSE THESE PLACES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE !
The next time that you go to eaither Ibiza or Formentera; go to a restaurant that offers "Bullit de Peix" which is one of the best possible meals in the world if it is done right. (this is not available in the tourist traps like "Blue Marlin", "Cala Gracioneta", or "Beso Beach" in Formentera. I know of many restaurants in both Ibiza and Formentera that serve this dish and local fish right on the beach, and are not tourist traps. These places do not offer STEAKS or hamburgers !
We have never been to a discoteque in Ibiza, but have attended many live music spots.
The interior of the islands are incredible, and contain many small towns, valleys, and beautiful landscapes.
It is great that you did not mention any of the places in either Ibiza or Formentera that are the essence of these islands.
Keep up your travel videos that do not reveal the essence of the places that you are visiting.
THANK YOU !
Mark
Agree! Thanks for your valuable information
LOVE YOUR STORIES BRO!!!! THAT HAD EVERYTHING I LOVE IN IT, BOATS, SAND, SUN, TUNES, GOOD FRIENDS, MEETING NEW PEOPLE..... GREAT JOB AND LOVE THE HUMOR!!! YOU ROCKED THAT WAKE BOARD!!!! LOL!
Excellent review. I will be visiting Ibiza
Cheers 🥂
WOW!!!! Come back to the Philippines later! Awesome!!!
the flowers are called Buganvillas, we also have them here in Colombia a lot
100 euros entrance fee? No tables? That DJ must of been really good! 😐
Don’t know why he paid 100. It’s usually about €60
Great vlog as always Christian.! You should visit Malta one day :-)
I would love to. Coming soon 🙏🏼
2:56 Damian is an absolute legend. Great night for a 1st circoloco
Glad you are so well off Mate!
Thiss is what i tell people, put the party on the side and explore the island, feel the energy of the island
Your editing skills are soo good man
Thank you! My team and I are on a roll 🙏🏼
Thank you for doing the trucker video last year that meant a lot to me
🙏🏼 appreciate the support. Wasn’t an easy one but an important one for sure
@@lostleblanc Yeah mad respect for that one bro.
I am going to Ibiza this month. Super excited but it seems damn expensive
Love it ❤❤❤
Top fan here as always
Ibiza is awesome and offseason it is super chill and still awesome
EPIC… I have the best memories of Ibiza… 2 x and counting (never on my dime 😂).
Ibiza is definitely a place that’s on my list to visit for sure, I am however leaving in 2 months for The Bahamas so hoping some of what I have learned in LCA will have the chance to be put to use!
Enjoy man! Hope our paths cross soon 🙏🏼
@@lostleblanc That would be a dream come true for sure, This video was actually the first since I finished watching all of your previous videos and followed your story! Keep up the great work and looking forward to seeing more about the Lost Villa.
Great parties are always about the people you’re with, and it looks like you had a great crew!
Btw when is LCA 2.0 being released?
August 1st!!
Great video!
Such an Awesome video 🤙 NEW SUBSCRIBER 🤙
Hello Christian - I was wondering if you could post panca’s details - I’m not sure if after 7 years he is still with bali customised tours?
I’m planning on going to Ibiza at the end of October. Will most places be closed?
This video is epic!
This is the first video I didn't finish, not for me and amazed you liked it...
Cool.. seems like fun.. I'm in Valencia now, was thinking of going there, but it doesn't seem like a great place to go alone.. I'm not as social as you..
Im brooke for this, this is a dream for me even just to go to another country
Now go to Barcelona and really fall in love with Spain
Beaches don’t compare there
What’s camera and lens did you use for filming this video
Amazing ❤
Graciass
Hmm, I took my kids there years ago and there’s plenty of affordable family resorts. You don’t have to indulge in the expensive nightlife, boat trips etc. the island is what you make of it. We had lunch in the same pizza place as Elle MacPherson one day
Fabulous Ibiza is like the rest of Spain it has all kinds of culture and art entire old city/ dalt vila in Catalan is a Unesco Site tasty food and traditions and a lot of nightlife known around the World and of course great beaches as well the rest of Spain; the country of more blue flags of the World
Twice you’ve said Ocean when it’s the Mediterranean Sea. The purple flowers are bougainvillea and Bali has it every where. €2000.00 for the daybeds. Come to Mykonos you will pay more😊
i feel tired and empty pocket just by watching this.😅 The video is really good for having a feel what is there, feels like being there myself. The new Insta360 also impressed me here than other TH-camrs, as I can't easily tell when he switches cameras, no wonder it costs $400 like a premium action camera.
Lol not you making me wanna be a travel agent again🔥🔥🔥😁
What about external microphone 🎤 options for the GO 3? 6:22

Nice video 🎉
❤amazing
I was at Camelphat last week. Was fucking incredible. Those guys are the real deal.
it is totally worth the hype but overrated lately thanks to the IG influencers, not the same as it use to be for us Europeans a few years back, DC-10 is ridiculously crowded, you can't even move or breathe! Once you are out of that scene, the island is magical and makes you always come back, stay in the north next time, completely different vibes ;) Budget way to do it is to go in September-October to close the season.
Nice video, I do get the point of it
They way he says Ibiza like “pizza” 😅😂
those are some cool shades
Si 😎🪇
2:52 "there's no tables" bro this is how parties should always be hahaha
Camelphat’s fire. Think he meant to give ‘em a 10/10😂
