Grinding every and all characters' jobs to minimum level 30 in both dungeons to acquire all their special skills, experience and money is worth the time spent! It personally made my endgame much easier and/or less stressful at least.

Getting Dondoko Island to 5 stars to get the laser is worth it. Very useful to blast away a lot of enemy HP especially in the late/endgame and inside the dungeons! Softened foes are easier to take out. I personally start with the Komaki Poundmate and since it doesn't cost a turn, it was followed by the laser beam for heavy damage! Equipping Ichiban with the item that reduce manna usage helps with 80 MP instead of 100.
Aside from their base job, male character has Breaker, Host, Aquanaut, Action Star, Samurai, Desperado and Pyrodancer. DLC job are Linebacker. There's also Sujimancer which is Ichiban-only class. For girls, they have Geodancer, Housekeeper, Idol, Night Queen, and Kunoichi. DLC job are Tennis Ace. So 7 main class for men and 5 main class for women
For every job essences unlock at job rank 24 and 30, so each job has two except for the freelancer which has only one. For the Dondoko Beam you have to complete the Dondoko Island story.
Gotta fix your HDR settings or make sure that your capture device properly records in a HDR compatible format, or not enable HDR at all because holy shit it is inexcusable for the colors to be this washed out.
