First of all, I’d like to say that I like your new hair and I think that it suits you. I’ve been in your shoes for a couple of years now.. I can’t sleep very easily due to negative thoughts and that caused me a lot of problems psychologically, personally and socially.
I totally get you when you say that it’s hard to do the whole procedure on your own but I have to tell you that it worths the try. It makes you stronger and able to deal with the most stable person in your life: yourself.
At least, it worked for me.. so don’t give up, I am sure you will figure that out, too…
