Shions forces are basically pseudo immortal. They may not be super strong themselves. But they are very very very hard to kill (due to the skills they mentioned previously, ultraspeed regen and complete memory). This means there memories now reside in their souls instead of their brains. Pair this with their ultraspeed regeneration and even if you destroy there body/brain, their souls can regenerate their bodies. In other words, to kill them you basically need to attack there soul/spirit directly (and very few people can attack souls/spirits directly) 😊 And since they are basically impossible to kill, Shion has been training them very very hard as she doesn't have to worry about hurting them. This has led to them improving their combat abilities at an incredible pace (as well as picking up more resistance skills along the way). They all have deep regrets for the pain that Rimuru felt due to their previous deaths, which has lead them to want to be strong enough for that to never happen again. This is partly responsible for them picking up the skills that make them nearly immortal during the demon lord evolution. Shions training + incredible resolve to become stronger + pseudo immortality and you have a recipe for the quickest growth out of any of Tempests forces haha 🤣
