Would love a Tails series where he designs and builds his famous jet. Shadow series would be good, he stops Black Dooms Alien invasion or fights GUN with the help of Rouge and Omega, get the team back together. They might do future-time travel stuff but I feel it would be easy to screw up so they might opt just for a merging of Sonic's world and Earth like in Sonic X. That way you could also introduce whatever characters you wanted as time goes on, like Cream, Espio, Jet, etc. If they do go the future route, we would of course have to meet Cosmo, or Silver and Blaze, but that's a LOT of new and expensive CGI characters to adapt properly. Honestly, could be anything at this point.

I think it's important to differentiate the difference between referencing and adapting from Sonic Adventure 2. The movie wasn't adapted from Sonic Adventure 2, it referenced it a large amount, including taking story beats from it, but it was not adapted from it.

I think Eggman's technically going to stay dead, but Jim Carrey can still come back in the next movie. I think Sonic 4 is going to involve time travel, since it's leaning heavily into Sonic CD, with Metal Sonic and Amy Rose. Eggman's gonna travel through time, prevent his own death, or come from a different timeline entirely, and send Metal Sonic after him.

And had less episodes so felt rushed. As soon as I saw less episodes I knew they just wanted it to be over

The elf guy's name was Digit Talis. A play on digitalis, the common name of a flower in the foxglove family that's both a lethal poison and used in small doses as a cardiac medication. An extra layer to Licht's "Kindness hidden in the flowers" line. What is poison to most people can be a life saving medicine in the right hands. So it's not explained *super well* in the anime, but basically this third sword doesn't exactly negate magic so much as it... undoes magic. Basically it cancels out the after-effects as though the spell were never cast in the first place. That's why his first sword wasn't able to help. The poison was no longer a spell. It had already taken effect. So the first sword can cancel magic but this new sword cancels the effect.
