But the first cen Jews never read the bible that way, nor did the Christians of that time. They believed that scriptures can speak multiple dimensions. Thats why when you read the new testament, you will see some old testament quotes being cited out of context. This is what Ranjith Ophir garu also said in the discussion. Unfortunately, neither in that video nor in this video the RTF team tried to explain why apostles had taken certain verses out of context and conveyed a message what they wanted to convey. Even though RTF team did a decent job, I felt that they could have done even better. They themselves say that they are okay with non essentials. But they spent so much time on "janta pakshulu" interpretation. In that place, they would have discussed other teachings that result in disaster. They said that they had 52 questions. Din't they have may better questions other than "janta pakshula" question? PS: I liked the way Sai garu helped us understand about the geographical stuff.
