17 gets pretty much dev wiped if your online maybe if your offline but I tried to do it someone who was offline nothing happen. But if you start the mission above.

They already patched some of these. Used a few of the volcano spots prior to this videos release. Legend spots. Awesome video

The only Good base Spots on the Island are the caves starting off with ice cave or carno cave but there’s so much caves on the island

Under one of the lunar caves there is a op rat hole but sometimes the game might thing it's a rat hole and kill u but u have to build on cliff plays and there's 1 entrance which is a crouch cave under the rock so its fly hard to raid

One thing is you have to keep in mind your not the only one looking for aid to find a good place to hide your base from raiders
The Arctic one at 8 mins in has since been patched. Gonna check more spots soon but I’m tracking a mf down on unofficial who is def in a Gen rathole.

Yo vitality I hav a rathole on exctinction that no TH-camr knows about its on the foot pathway out of sunken in the side of a tree, it’s a diagonal crouch spot and extremely hard to soak. U can build there on official but it is better build on unnoficial

Never build in 17 if people start the mission above it they demo half of your base and all the dinos that are in range of it will cryo up

Dylan Cain its a very good rathole, its as soon as you go in on your right, the little “indentation” in the wall, build cliff plats with foundations then pillar to the floor then snap foundations in the “mesh” that you cant normally build on, do this all around and you can have a clean looking ceiling floor, then activate the mission to show you where not to build

i lived in a good small one down bottom of the waterfalls it took me 10 times in 1player to build it but i had everything for a solo. the names grapes raided me because he scouts with esp like a real good bloke
