Hi! I just wanted to say to make sure you’re staying completely hydrated. I get awful back cramps when I get dehydrated-It’s like it cramps up and won’t let up😫Anyway, make sure you’re drinking enough (especially with hiking so many miles!) Best wishes and stay safe.☺️
Hopefully you can work in a slack pack here and there. Cutting down the weight your carrying will help heal the body while still getting your needed miles 👍
I’m assuming you’re a very active hiker and are coming into this already acclimated to the level of stress that 20 miles out of the gate brings? (Not trying to be an a$$, just curious about your experience level and approach to this journey.) 🙂
So sorry to hear about your back. Try to do a few yoga stretches and just go slow … I’m like you- I can’t stand still or I feel worse. It helps that your a positive person
You can do it!
I'm invested in watching your journey. Thanks for sharing.

Really enjoying your videos!
Glad you like them!
New tent?
New tent in the rain for the first time. Lol. It passed the test this week in wind and rain and I stayed completely dry.

Yes, I’m an endurance athlete, and trained for months. Still my body is adjusting!
your body will talk to you. take good self care
It seems like you're doing some big miles early??? Take a "zero"??? Anyway, good luck, keep the videos coming, and take breaks.
Yes we were trying to get ahead of a big bubble. Taking a Nero currently. 😊

Thank you! I’m trying to stretch every day.
Put some padding in the toe of your shoe so it doesn't rub on the down, blisters have made many a hiker miserable. Tend to it!
Great tip! Thanks!
