- Have you ever been curious about the most famous movie monsters that exist solely in films and not in television series, and that are lifelike in the sense that they are portrayed in live action rather than in animation or anime? Here are the 15 largest, so let's begin.
- บันเทิง
That Alien in Man in Black ending.. It's finger is just the size of a galaxy
Implausible comedies do not count. They depict things that are physically impossible.
@@Mark-in8ju it stil a possible
@@Mark-in8ju Cope.
@@Mark-in8ju so godzilla is possible according to you? you should have paid attention in physics :p
It took me minute to get it but yeah
Love to see Unicron in there. He has easily one of the biggest toys of all time; sitting at 30 inches, weighting in at 16 pounds, and fully transformable.
Wish we saw him transform in the movie
@@Horse-qs7lfthey are setting him up to be the thanos in the knightverse transformers films. Kind of like the last Knight (they failed though), they will make him arrive to Earth or Cybertron to be the big boss.
Your bargaining position is dubious...
@@dr.hugog.hackenbush9443 *highly dubious
@@Horse-qs7lfHe did in the 1986 animated movie.
Mechagodzilla lowkey would be a great decepticon transformer
Decepticon already have Trypticon
He is and his name is trypticon
Terminator Godzilla
The and trypticon is probably double the side of mechagodzilla
Indeed. But they already technically have him.
Arishem the Judge at 100,000km seems underrating his size. He talks about Celestials creating stars and this is depicted in the movie. In the depiction, the star is being created in the palm of his hand. Our sun, which is classified as a 'yellow dwarf' (so on the small side of main sequence stars) is almost 1.4 million km in diameter. Even if they use a star similar to our star in the depiction (a small main sequence star), his palm alone is larger than 1.4 million km. So either Arishem is millions of kilometers tall or has the ability to greatly increase his size for the purposes of creating stars. So either 100,000km is way far off the mark, or his size manipulation powers make his 'size' meaningless as he can become whatever size he needs to be for the occassion.
Given that he appears next to Earth in the mid-credits scene, it's almost certain that he has size-shifting powers. Also, given that he doesn't fatally disrupt Earth's tides, and he warps out via black hole, he also appears to have gravity-manipulating powers.
Or instead of growing he instead shrinks
What a bout Dr.Manhattan and his size altering, equal to Arishem? In any way?
Size shifting is the answer. I think he can shrink to the size of a human if he wanted.
@@Kinkkis yes, both can alter their size, to the size of a star or bigger to the size of humans
I'm surprised that the Ogdru Jahad from Hellboy didn't get, at the very least, an honourable mention
I was actually looking for this comment just in case someone else said it.
Ogdru jahad is only twice the size of Mega Kaiju
Or the Queen alien from Independence Day 2.
Dormammu in doctor strange seems pretty big but there is no way of knowing how big exactly.
Nice to see Unicron in one of these comparions :)
I love how everybody's getting their own data out on the more exact height and biological details concerning fictional entities ^^
Makes me feel less like a nerd not knowing about all this exact stuff and just enjoying it =D
69th like
Yeah i got no idea what any of these are except the thor one and the star wars one lol
agreed
I feel the same
why the penis emote =D
Despite being considerably smaller in his physical form at least compared to the celestials, Unicron is actually the most powerful on this list and would gladly eat celestials. If you're referring to the most powerful versions of the character from the comics who is in Omni versal threat that has successfully devoured all possible realities at one point. This means he consumed Infinity
He said he is talking only about the live Action versions
How can you consume infinity if it never ends?
@@cujoedaman that's the point. His power level is so high that it can't even be conceptualized as it creates a paradox. This is a pretty common Trope in comics
@@Cwronaga216 Yes, but can he eat his own face?
@@cujoedaman yes. The physical form of Unicron is simply a construct he's actually an infinite entity of pure chaos so he could theoretically exit his body and eat his own face but that wouldn't be very filling for him
You forget the M.I.B. ending scene the one and only super ultra mega infinite massive being😂
I feel like the meteor worm from star wars is bigger than the aquamam monster and clover one. It made the Millennium Falcon look tiny.
Well, that is just it. The Millenium Falcon isn't a big vessel. It's about 30 m. long. The Xogorths are 900. Which is still gigantic compared to the Falcon, but still smaller than stuff like what we see in Aquaman and Cloverfield Paradox.
@@TheTrytix says they grow around a kilometer long
@@TheTrytix on Google
@@eccogenesis7198 I guess. But then again, they ARE also prey to the colossus wasp of Ithull from legends, which grows to be 1-1.5 km. themselves.
@@TheTrytix Agreed, the Ghost from 'Rebels' is almost twice the size of the Falcon too. Falcon is just a light freighter :D
I'm surprised that Cthulhu from under water wasn't on this list.
Nothing is bigger than the beings from the last scene of Men In Black.
theres a SHIT ton of things bigger than those beings xD, Precursors from Halo dwarf them and make them look like atoms compared to the precursors for example
@@tiagojohannes5920 Your probably think of the wrong beings from Men In Black. The ones in the last scene use literal galaxys as toys (marbles).
We have no idea what precursors look like or how big they were, but seeing as the Forerunners WON the war against them, they definitely werent that large. @@tiagojohannes5920
What about Ego, the living planet from Guardians 2?
Oh, good point.
I’d guesstimate he’s around the size of Unicron. I barely did any research, if someone else wants to correct me, go ahead.
@@CT-9904-Crosshair I can't find a canon height for the movie version, but the comic version of Ego is 6401 km in diameter.
Other people in the comments claim Unicron is larger than Mercury, but not as big as Mars, so the two are relatively close in size.
Oh yea ego
Mechagodzilla is 122 meters tall. When godzilla and mechagodzilla came too closer they were almost of the same height. Also megakiju is 128 meters in size.
If I recall mecha always to look up or swing upwards. But both probably had height increases depending on what they were standing on
No is 141m
😂😂150 m long not tall
@@chadielmhadi5449 "tall" is the height (from head to feet), and "long" is the length (from torso to tail)
@@kamafryerpc from head* to tail, not torso to tail.
Surtr is part of norse mytho and hes not a demon, hes a Fire Giant from Musphelheim
I mean, Loki in the MCU is not the father of Hela or Fenrir ...
So Marvel just heavily inspired, but not actually adapt norse mytho ...
@ManusiaKagakRusuh Yeah. But they say surtr is a Fire Giant in the movies. But yeah marvel changed some things. Surter is still not a demon. It's not even close to what he is.
@@bilbofraggins2900Norse mythology has no “demons” but the Jötnar are the equivalent of demons when compared to any other culture/religion so it’s not really all that wrong to say Surtr is a demon. In rough translation, he is.
The big monster from The Mist is missing, that thing was huge
Not really
he dint even put behemecoatyl from starship trooper 3 that monster is 800 meters dint talt about it but taalk about litle godzile and pacific rim
Bro why did I also never heard of these other modern Godzilla live action movies ? They look so dope
Nice that you mentioned monster from the cloverfield movie, was curious myself where he would be in the monster scale :D
I think this guy forgot about Ego
Celestials seem terrifying, imagine being an astronaut and seeing a huge glowing robot hovering over earth…..
I would piss myself😂😂😂
What about Dormamu in Dr Strange 1 ?
"You're huge, you must have huge guts."
-DoomSlayer
Galactus from the Silver Surfer is probably the real #2.
You missed the giant alien from the movie “Evolution”.
"There's always a bigger fish".
Jokes aside, I found it strange to mention the one worm from The Empire Strike Back but not the giants deep see creatures from Episode 1
Naboo is the Star Wars planet you're referring to, Giants Deep is a planet in "The Outer Wilds".
@@jeffumbach I think he just wanted to mention "Giant deep sea creatures" as in "Fucking large deep sea creatures"
@@jeanmichelprell4154 Exactly, thanks and sorry if i wasn't clear
Ah, the Sando Aqua Monster-the biggest of the Naboo ocean giants that is 160-200 meters long.
The prequels never happened
This is really Excellent my friends. Thanks.
I was waiting for the Jean Jacket. Nonetheless, it is a great video! Thanks for the new information.
Debatable if its a monster, but a giant creature none the less, A'tuin the world turtle from the Discworld movies is over 10,000 miles in length.
Cthulhu from Underwater was massive and Starro in Suicide Squad was pretty big….
Mega Kaiju is 128 Meters
02:10 - Hell no. Why people keep thinking, that Slattern is 180+ m HEIGHT? That's a length!
In the movie that's easy to see and compare him with Jägers...
Title says size not height so it doesn't matter if we on about height or length
Galactus from the Fantastic Four movies should be with with or just above Parallax
Galactus eventually will be on this list taking number one spot
If he finally reveal in the movie but as we know for the cartoon and comic ver by the size oitself
Probably not as he is not that big. He may be one of the most powerful, but definitely not the biggest.
@@markcastellanet9672 agree, I don’t know too much about the other monsters, but I think the celestials outsize Galactus.
@@matthewalexanderpugar3719 He does have 1 live action appearance in Rise of the Silver Surfer.
I know fans, such as myself, hate that version, but it technically counts for the qualifications of this video.
Also, when the Silver Surfer flies into the cloud of Galactus at the climax of the film, I think the silhouette of Galactus' helmet is visible.
@@taqresu5865if Parallax counts then so should that.
Celestial can create galaxies (Planets, Stars, Suns) with his fingers...
I love how everyone forgets about galactus in fantastic 4: rise of the silver surfer (I think everyone forgets about that movie)
The biggest Sandworms from Dune are near 4-5 km long
The largest in the books is just a bit over 2700 meters.
Celestials can alter their size so they could be much bigger.
Dans les comics, ils ne mesurent que 600 mètres de haut...
The biggest monster in the mist should made the list!
Missing Cthulhu from "underwater"
even though they never showed a body you forgot Galactus in the Fantastic Four movie
the Celetials and Titans-seeds are well the same thing in a way
you also forgot Sargeras from world of warcraft who is like the galactus/unicron of that world he plunged his sword deep in to azeroth bit of a Planetophile i guess
I totally forgot that movie existed.
Excellent presentation!
If Godzilla Earth from the Godzilla Earth trilogy and this anime’s Ghidorah, this would have drastically changed
Ghidorah king of the void is 6 km long, in the other dimension is immesurable
just live action movies
ego the planet( guardians of the galaxy 2)
Awesome video!!
Anime fans when they see Unicron: but can he beat Goku?
The answer is yes, it was always yes, and it has been since 1986.
I swear, goku is a glass cannon. mf dies so much. but don't let the goku meat riders hear that😭
Everyone's favorite universe has a character that can beat up anyone else's favorite universe
I thought Herbert described the worms in kilometres not metres...
Can we really say how big arishem is since he can size manipulation and everytime we saw him we only saw his chest and face really
Right I was thinking the same thing, it’s like trying to say how big dr Manhattan is, or darkseid
Galactus from fantastic four 2 is like, almost as big as a solar system?
I'd love to see Unicorn vs Celestial
Unicron is much bigger then it shows on the thumbnail, it is as big or even bigger then earth
He's still not bigger than a celestial who's hands are the size of planets
@@jfoster8624 that’s not true, did you ever see the movie Eternals? In that movie they were gonna let a celestial born from the earth and the hands were uhh smaller then earth. Unless your talking about different celestials its true

WAIT WHY DID I NEVER HEARD THERE WAS A SEQUEL TO PACIFIC RIM THIS IS MY FAVOURITE BIG MONSTER MOVIE AAAAH
Unicron eats planets that i assume has life in it, and that is just his planet eating mode. He hasn't transform yet in the ROTB so all the mass could shift and he would be tall
Seems you've forgotten about Giant-Man. As shown in AM3 a colossal GM is capable of shrinking down to the Quantum Universe and they implied one could shrink down from the Universe "above" ours.
I didn't realize he was a monster 😂
Once he hits the over verse in live action like in the comics he’ll be the biggest cheese in all creation, but rn he’s still just best at shrinking
A bit of perspective: Unicron is described as being "Larger than Mercury but smaller than Mars". So roughly 3,200 to 3,500 miles in diameter. If you get into a car and drive from California to New York.. That's Unicron. 😳
In the transformers movie he is a lot bigger than that
So you’re saying he’s as wide as the USA in width? Nah he is a LOT bigger than that
Eh, maybe. But seeing as there's no exact measurements for Unicron we can only go with what writers and various creators have said about him. So being larger than Mercury but smaller than Mars would put him anywhere between 3200 and 3500 miles in diameter. Either way he's a big beefy boi.
@@angelsandautobots True, though we saw him being bigger than Earth in the movie though. :)
@@BorgAssimilator thankfully the Bayformer movies aren't canon in any way shape or form.
Cthulhu(underwater movie) was large too I guess.
That star wars monster holy shit. Nightmare fuel. I bet it traumatized lots of kids back then
If Unikron was in the same universe as the Celestials, he’d likely try to eat them for fuel.
He'd get clapped by celestials
Man Unicron would literally shhtt on celestial even if there were several celestials presents in the battle
@@Yrok557 If he tried to clap Eson the Searcher when he still had the Power Stone, Unicron would be cheesed.
@@InfernoVerse975 if were talking about unicron and the celestials in the comics then unicron smokes them all alone negative diff
Yeah... I don't think the Celestials are immune to Dark Energon. They are essentially cybonic life. Even the Eternals and Deviants are getting infected.
Didn't you miss Galactus ?
Has he showed up in love action yet
@@autobotdrift7805yeah

Phew, thanks fam that was a close one
Unicron 16,000 km?
hes bigger actually. earth is about 6.5k km wide, and unicron was like 3 times the size of earth, he legit was going to gobble our entire planet as a starter, legit an appetizer, hes like 18 or 20k km
Poof the alien mother ship Independence day is larger than unicorn from transformers 7 live action
I know it's not a movie but Gurren Lagann's final form is so big it chucks galaxies like shurikens. Maybe 1.8 million light years tall? Of course, the bad guy is slightly taller. Been a while since I watched the show, it's possible there's even another larger form beyond that. "Go big or.....listen, just go big" is a theme in that show.
Technically there is a pair of movies that are a terribly cut down and patched(extra animation to cover the gaps) of the series so it does exist in a movie.
Gurren Lagann the Movie: The Lights in the Sky Are Stars
Note: anyone that hasn't watched the anime, watch the full series first, and if you want a refresher of just crux after crux boosting power, watch the movies after.
those were universes. The creator just didn't know how to draw them. So that makes STTGL even bigger
1.8 million light years tall? Man, he doesn't even know what he looks like. He only knows what his feet looked like 1.8 million years ago.
the biggest is the alien from Men in Black ending. Our galaxy is just a piece of marble.
"live-action, not animated"
Yeah, it was tough getting some of these mfs on set, but that's showbiz baby
I feel that Slatter and The Karathen's character designs were heavily inspired by the Sea Dragon Leviathan/Sea Emperor Leviathan from Subnautica. It could just be a coincidence, and I could be wrong because I've never watched their respective movies, and I don't know if Subnautica was released before their movies, but I think they look a little too similar for it to be a coincidence.
Subnautica came way after Pacific Rim. Both Karathen and Leviathans are modeled after Slatter.

1. Unicron.
2. Celestials.
There's also the marble alien in men in black , galaxies are just a marble in his finger tips .
Unicron transformed is double than his planet mode
And with the Celestials, In a comic four Celestials fight Galactus and he killed one of them, so the other three ones combine and turned into a bigger Celestial defeat Galactus
Monsterverse King Ghidorah at 521 feet tall/158.8 meters height with 1500 feet wingspan
It would take to to at least three nuclear bombs to kill the adult Clover for sure.
America: say no more we been waiting
Thanks god we got like 15000 ready for use
What about the giant tentacle monsters in the sky in the first hellboy? Or some of the momsters from the 3rd movie?
In dune paul calls a sand worm that is half a league which is over 2 and half kilometers , 1.5 miles or 8200 feet
No way Unicron is smaller than the Celestials. *Maybe* in planet mode but definitely not robot mode.
Celestials can be way bigger
celestials can be bigger than galaxies. it is seen in the movie a celestian creating a whole galaxy in its palms
No way in hell are destroyah n space goji the same height
They are both 120 meters tall and 240 meters long so they are the same size
I would be shitin my pants if i would see something with 6 huge lights and one massive "face" appear in the sky
It would be nice if you put the size of the creature in the video.some of the monsters looked smaller than the "bigger" monsters
Marble Alien
Even though the Ethernals was one of the worst MCU movies, the reveal of the Celestial was still so freaking cool. Something that still bothers me to this day is how not a single movie or show in the MCU after Ethernals even brought up the colossal being, yes we get a brief newspaper article on the Celestial the Ethernals defeated in She Hulk, but that one was much smaller than the one at the end. Unless Secret Invasion shines some light on it, I haven't seen Secret Invasion yet.
At first it felt like it would just be a list of all the monsters in Godzilla, glad to see that changed quickly, it would be pretty cliche
The Budong from Farscape could have made an appearance.
First also cool video
We need biggest size comparison of 2023
The elephant monster from The Mist should be considered
Mecha Godzilla (2021) is actually 125 meters and monsterverse Godzilla (legendary) (2021) is 123 meters space Godzilla is 120 meters Destoroyah is also 120 meters
Mega Kaiju bigger at 423 feet tall in Uprising
Wait no, there is no way the final boss Kaiju of the first movie is bigger than the mega kaiju that combined 3 category 4 or 5 (don’t remember exactly) kaijus, that’s just not logical at all, surely you made a mistake.
Subnauti a gon have a field day with this one😂
The Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan is larger than the observable universe, that's probably the real first
nope since he excluded animated movies
Surtur, parallax and that celestial really doesn't fit this category.
love how it goes from 7km to 16,000 km
the Sandworms of Dune could grow to over 1Km in length
Kraken crying in the corner 😂😂😂
How about Cthulhu from underwater?
Distroyah is like 500 feet tall💀
Mib 3 ending has the biggest monster ever
This video being remade once the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann live action film is completed.
That Karathen being that big??? Doesn't look and feel like he is a few kilometers long in that Aqua Man movie tbh.
