Lovely reaction. I thoroughly enjoyed the thoughts and comments. I hope you keep exploring Jinjer, they are truly one of a kind. If you like intricate music, beautiful melodies and hard beats, I also recommend Epica. Their performance of Kingdom of Heaven Part Three from their Omega Alive concert is 😗👌
lol Green Serpent is metaphorically referred to alcohol in russian. Bitten by green serpent in slavic tradition is symbolic of alcoholism and the depths of intoxication/addiction.....as for the song, the opeth outro is cool. Middle LOG breakdown is cool. Also kinda sounds like an angular proggy album cut on first listen, but quickly turns out to be a banger.....also tati looks hot here 😂😂 Jinjer - Audiotree From Nothing (Live Performance) Jinjer - Call Me A Symbol (Official Live in LA)
Fantastic reaction!!! Specifically bc you hear way beyond the shock of her voice! I love the fact that you are intrigued by the way their songs and melodies don’t do what you’re expecting them to do. It tells me that you really are going to love this band! It turns off many but it’s exactly what I love about this band. Songs that at first listen I’m confused weeks later become songs I’m obsessed with. Thanks again for your great reaction subbed
As James Stalkington has already mentioned the Green Serpent is an Eastern European metaphor for alcoholism. Tatiana has posted about her sobriety as well as giving interviews about it. I think you would really like Tatiana's latest collaboration with Spiritbox. Good reaction.
It won't take long for someone to come along and explain better. But this song is about alcoholism, tati being sober for 2 years, this was important to her. Green serpent = alcohol in old Slavic slang
Thank you! Not really. I just have always loved music. I used to be really deep into indie rock and interview bands and stuff in another life. But that's about it.
Oh yes! That's a Lot of Grapes Song 😊 🤘

Epica?? I think I've heard of them and heard them at least once on Spotify 😊

Yes! Some people have explained the meaning, rather the metaphor. It's a really beautiful song.
Amaizing song! Tnx For the reaction!

Jinjer should get a Grammy for this one, it is that good. Check out Tatiana’s collaboration with Courtney and Spirit Box 2024.
Agreed.
I keep hoping that they'll get on one of the late night shows one of these days. Kimmel has some heavy bands on.
wow she did a growl and regular singing voice harmony crazy
Incredible skill!!!

I see. That's beautiful.
I enjoy your reactions. Do you have a background in music?
