We're back for a track guide for the new season in iRacing in the Formula Vee at Laguna Seca Raceway for the full course layout.

No worries. I just didn’t want any viewers thinking that I cheat and change the track conditions to make it easy. I always just run laps for half an hour and clip the fastest.

Thanks for making this available! Really interesting technique to wait until you’re near the apex to grab 3rd gear. You’re on the gas WAY earlier than I am in several spots, too. I’ll have to give this a try. I’m only good for a 1:43.6 right now. If I can crack into the 42s, I’ll be thrilled. Cheers!

Yes it’s always best to change down at the apex when you’re about to go back on the gas (in the Vee and FF1600 that is)

While my times are not even close to yours (1.45.436 was my best lap) this did just help me secure my first win (bonus was that I had 0 incidents) and my way out of rookies!

Same here man, he makes it look so easy, I have no idea where I'm losing 5 whole seconds a lap. I'm going to stay in rookies to learn the tracks though!

Only thing that bugs me is when you say a speed in kph, I have to Google what that is in mph 😂

Haha well only the US, Liberia and Myanmar (formerly Burma) use imperial and the other 192 use metric so maybe, just maybe, you guys are the odd ones out. Much love, Sambo. ❤😂😅

Wait I'm in england and I'm sure we use mph. But that would explain why I seem to go so much faster then other cars around me 😂
