Subscribed. LFG! Wish your channel the best. Only advice I'd give is chill on the "I'm from Chicago." I'm not saying to not have pride in your town, but the Bulls are a GLOBAL brand despite their recent status in the league. There are bigger fans than even you who AREN'T from Chicago, and that "I'm from Chicago, though." vibe will turn ppl off.
I'm a Bulls fan since the 80s that actually travels to see the Bulls til this day. Been at a bunch of iconic Bulls moments in the 90s, AND I'M FROM NYC. Personally, I don't appreciate Bulls fans that think they're more locked in with the team and it's history, just because they're from Chicago. I respect the pride in your town for sure, but chill out.

What's your guys's honest thoughts on Patrick Williams I think he's still only 22 and needs to play a full season but I'm definitely not writing him off like some other people

PW sucks plain and simple, he’s beyond the point of write-off. He was actually never a good pick , good prospect, or anyone worthy of high hopes.

I think he could be a big beneficiary of an offense where there is more ball and body movement. As a rookie, he played well off Thaddeus Young, and showed he could be a Deng-like mover off the ball. DeMar is great, and Zach has his moments, but it is hard for the other guys in an iso-based offense. It is the same in Dallas. It is a lot easier for the "other guys" when playing the way the Warriors, Nuggets, Pacers, Kings, etc. do. Not everyone is built to stand at the arc for 15-20 seconds, even when they can hit 40 percent which PW has done. Still, he has to stay on the court.

Mendel '84-85' then Harper High School from 85'-88(Varsity Baseball) Chicago State University/Northeastern Illinois University . Born and raised in Englewood. It seems that management wants to try the Zach/Lonzo experiment one more time. Matas doesn't need to be sent down to the G-league. He needs more playing time, on the floor. That up-tempo/3 guard line up worked for Billy at Florida and Bell Self (Illinois 04-05). This ain't it..

There is nothing they can do with Zach or Lonzo. It makes no sense to move LaVine if they all they get is a lesser player on an equally bad and long contract. By midseason, that dynamic might change. Lonzo hasn't played in two and a half years. They have no choice but to give him a chance to get healthy and see out the final year of the contract. Still, he is not going to play enough minutes or games to worry about how he fits. For the games he is available, he is going to take the few minutes Jevon Carter would otherwise get.
I think Matas is going to be in the rotation. He has a similar game to Jeremy Sochan where if you can live with the learning curve of where his shooting is at he can do a lot of other things to impact a game. If he pairs with Smith on the second unit, it might not work out that badly.

@@benoitwaffle5439 I forgot Carter was still on the roster. I wonder if he would be traded by mid-season?

@@dlawso23 Carter and Craig would likely be add-ons if they needed to make money work in a trade for LaVine or Vucevic. I don't think Carter is a bad player. Ayo and Coby just made leaps, and Carter's role took a hit.
