Dear Mr Frontline, It is time to add another sentence to the list of things I never thought I’d hear said: “Yayyy! We’ve got a piss tank to make!” That being said, I subscribed for the scratch building which is quite excellent!! Regards, Z
Stunning work and attention to detail. 👍 I'm really enjoying this build series. 😃 I love scratch building things with plasticard. I'm making an off-road recovery truck back end for my 1/18 scale rc unimog. There's something very satisfying about turning flat plastic into a shape that you've completely designed yourself. I've loosely based my design on one that Burrows Recovery have in their fleet.
Thank you so very much👍👍👍 Really appreciate that someone likes the banter. Like having a bit of a light hearted feel to my videos, especially at myself🤣🤣
Thank you so much for the kind comments👍👍👍 You are more than able to make anything, it is just the amount of time and just working out how to do it that stops many.
Thank you so much👍👍👍 I try to make it clean but sometimes i make things twice or realise i could have do it a different way to speed things up. Hope you enjoy the rest of the videos👍
Erm just a little bit, but I thought what the hell its 1/24 and Airfix, needs a lot of detail adding. But thank you so very much for the very kind comments👍👍👍
Thank you so so much👍👍👍 I am using a UMM copy or an actual UMM-USA punch set, but not quite sure because i got it a few years ago, but it is very useful when scratch building
I am just using the three books and loads of photos from the web of different war photos and new rebuilt aircraft. If you get the valiant wings book, that should do you, but all the aircraft seem mostly different in the cockpit. Seems to me that pilot or Nav could ask for things to be changed and moved for their own comfort and ease. The Tamiya Mossie is quite good just missing the wiring and maybe a couple of controls. If you watch my part 1 cockpit vid of the mossie, I show the books I use. Hope that helps, if you get stuck with anything, do not hesitate in asking. Rob
Aye!!! Indeed first class workmanship
Thank you so so much👍👍👍

Looking good. Makes me want to get this kit and have a crack myself. What circle die cutters do you use?
Thank you so so much👍👍👍

Where are your detailed drawings from? I’m starting a Tamiya 1/32 Mossie and would love to have those same drawings.

Rob
What book are you using for reference?
But is all that detail gonna be seen!?
Yeah through that massive glazing at the top and the massive open door, you do see a huge amount. Shame, Airfix could have made this a show stopper.
Who dares, gins!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Are you a Lincolnshire lad by any chance?
Im not, nice thought. I am from South Yorkshire, born in Rotherham😁
I couldn’t do that.
Yeah you could, just takes time and just a plan of attack. Anything is possible👍👍👍
that looks a corker
Thank you so much👍👍👍
itll be the death of me at this rate🤣🤣
That navigator seat doesn’t look very comfortable!
No it doesn’t, they were bloody brave guys. Bet my computer chair is comfier🤨
