If Devendra FADNAVIS continues to lead maharstra govt till 2040 following changes will be noticible in mumbai city:
1)Mumbai local trains replaced by world class vande Bharat metro.
2)coastal road Phase 2(versova-kandivali)
3)Worli-sewri connecting expressway/flyover.
4) Mumbai metro
5) Mumbai Central park in race course SoBo.
6)4-5 Tunnels(kandivali to Thane tunnel, Andheri West to mulund etc)
7) Navi Mumbai airport.
8) redeveloped dharavi

govt Needs to improve road markings....these old and dilapidated buildings need to redevelop. It is only then when our city can be considered world class...the rest is fine

Yes Buildings look decent and road sides are clean bit organized but road marking is missing.

1) Road markings are avoided near construction zones. They are re-done, typically, post monsoon.
2) There are very few, and not worth the immense cost of redeveloping.

@@fiftyfive1s410 go check proper data....there are many buildings with poor condition.... obviously not all buildings and they also make Mumbai look old and not very beautiful....by 2040 Mumbai will achieve the following if FADNAVIS govt continues-
1)Mumbai local trains replaced by world class vande Bharat metro.
2)coastal road Phase 2(versova-kandivali)
3)Worli-sewri connecting expressway/flyover.
4) Mumbai metro
