I love the idea. But does warming the wings up with boiling water and then putting them back in the refrigerator not increase the likelihood of spoilage? Also, should I skip the salt because of using the baking powder? Thanks for the tips.
Allen!! Great questions. I’ve never experienced any issues with it. I never noticed them being to salty either. I don’t have a good answer for you!🤷🏻♂️
Allen, I apologize, I misunderstood understood part of your question. I think you were asking about salting the wings to dry the skin. I personally would do either salt or baking soda, not both. Just my opinion
