@@Guitarist888 I don't play either instruments so can't help you there - as I normally use this for streaming and vocal recordings. All I can say is if you want to get a proper mic (better than the blue yeti) but not break the bank; this is the perfect mic :D
If it is for the desk, I will recommend the blue compass arm but if it's a normal stand, I never had any so won't be able to suggest anything! Sorry :(
