And I love that you're making a living in a music industry that will never again make metal/rock bands rich (like they were in the 80's). I love that Periphery's music will be pure and not complicated or tainted by the need for a paycheck. You're a smart business man and an amazing musician. Keep your art pure and honest man!

I got this song stuck in my head yesterday without having heard it for months and had to search for it for a while before finding it haha such a killer demo, so cool. Also the mix is so good, it super bass heavy and kinda pushed/dirty, maybe because of all the saturation that's going on but I really like this whole vibe even in the clean more relaxed parts

Hello Misha, thank you for your video. However, I have some issues with GGD Invasion. Going to the points:
1- when I export Midi from groove to Reaper, some of them work and others they don't.
2- when I created Outputs, all instruments appeared except for Cymbals. I even tried to created the maximum of Outputs but no results.
Would please help me with that matter.

Thanks for these insanely informational videos! While my mixes still suck, they've gotten significantly better over the passed few months solely from watching this channel! I'm trying to replicate the settings on the cymbals tab in GGD from this video in a song I'm currently working on because I've been having trouble getting my cymbals to sound right. I was wondering what the room levels are for them. The camera overlay covers up the meter for it at 3:35. Also, does the cymbals output route to the same Room Mid track as the rest of the drums?

Neural DSP as some of the best amp sim tones. If you do lot of clean stuff, get Nolly's or Plini's; if you do more high gain extended range stuff(7strings 8strings or more) get Fortin Nameless Suite. For me drop C 6strings, Misha's amp sim with JST is also great for Crunch or high gain stuff.

You don't have to have the full version of Kontakt to have GGD. Just the free player version (which also comes with a few freebies that could be useful). And if you don't care for having an iLok account then that's your preference. They are doing there best to sell a product without losing to hacked versions of it. Also currently they have a sale on everything for 33% off INDOORS33 and it comes out to like $66 roughly for smash and grab.
