Salmons Blackjack Road Railroad Crossing, Franklin, KY

This was the first train I saw on December 30, 2018. That day, I headed up to Franklin, KY once again to see if there were any changes, but there were none until I got up to Salmons Blackjack Road, only to find out that the White Emergency Information has been replaced with the standard Blue Emergency Information! But there were no other changes at this crossing, although the flat-sounding WRRS Bell does sound even flatter than the last time I recorded it.

CSX is going LED in specific places around Kentucky and Ohio. Ohio is paying railroads to go into phase one of LED starting with regional railroads and gateless flashers, except for Cincinnati Eastern Railroad
