Having the dead ambassadors all over was great story telling. Most games would not have bothered with that kind of detail outside of the area where the story took place
The whole incident becomes even more shocking idiotic when you find out that the visitors were told specifically by the Harpers Ferry mayor to *not* be violent
I've been looking forwards to hearing about what happened here and why.
The result of when stubborn ignorance crosses seasoned paranoia.
They definitely had reason to be suspicious of the Vault. After living through that first hellish year, friendly altruistic pacifists likely seemed far too good to be true. The crazy thing is that they didn’t waiver in their beliefs even after witnessing that there were no weapons.

The raids were not meant to be done solo, they were meant to be done with a coordinated team of high-level players. Quality of life updates like public teams make the concept one that I personally would like to see revisited in vaults 96 & 63.
Man imagine if 76 actually got a vault city. Such a shame they chose the mire instead.
Good video . After all your questions as to the story line you answered yourself with ending result , "the mire would have been an entirely different place". Yep .
There is absolutely no other company writing story to the depth that these folks have built . You could call these holes in this tale "oportunity for expansion" or a poorly done story . I think they do well with leaving doors cracked to explore more . I am glad you explore . It is fun to catch maybe some things I may have missed . If only the game code was of at least the same quality as the tale ....

I love this what was the other vault that had plants growing out of it in fallout New Vegas and I wish Harold The vault that had the plants in New Vegas and the vault 94 could combine all that technology probably honestly might regrow the whole world just watch out for the carnivorous plants and mind controlling Vines and Harold's mutation that I could only imagine get worse with those two vault-tec technologies combined probably turning him into a monster boss plants
Honestly things may have turned out differently if that paster wasn’t escalating the whole situation.

Trust me (my mother was a victim) a abusive partner / ex would do everything to get leverage over their victim and that's including their children (and I'm not sure if that's vault-tec employee who recommended his ex-wife and her committee was abusive or not but but I will not be surprised if he was)

One of the more idiotic vaults in terms of consequences for dwellers, decent science takes time
Sure the Harpers Fairy Raiders behavior seems bazar and dangerous even foolish to you, but it may be that this is typical behaviors from typical individuals from Appalachia.
