What I like about this comic is how well it shows Rouge and Knuckle's relationship and how well the two actually bounce off of each other. Knuckles knows Rouge is trouble and even in spite of the not-like Rouge action of collapsing face first on the island without warning, Knuckles still provides a blanket and watches over her putting his emerald at risk-twofold both by an outside force and Rouge herself should she wake before him. Rouge also knows him well enough to not be on the offense when he appraoches her in her vulnerable state and falling asleep right there, she also leave a note on the one place Knuckles will definitely find it along with the means of locating the gift she left him and what his reaction to it would be like. Also at 1:02 I like despite how fast asleep she is, her ear twitching and groan in annoyance at Knuckles comment of 'crazy women' makes me laugh. On a less serious note, where the hell did he get a blanket and chair from?
I like to think that Sonic and Tails bring him stuff from time to time to make his life a little easier, which he accepts after some convincing from his two closest friends and sometimes characters like Gemeral and Chaos take over the guard duty for a day or 2 to let him go to the surface and get somethings, but when it's Gemral Cream is normally there as well and leaves some drawings for Knuckles

Yet when Knuckles calls her crazy or unladylike is when she gets irritated.
This is such an authentic anime vibe not to mention the good voice acting. If you were to ever expand from this to a professional TV anime Sonic series that's not another Sonic X, you'll make a ton of fans happy! But don't do it just for them, do it because you'd love it.

This isnt out of character for Knuckles. Yeh hes a warrior and all but he has a good caring heart for his friends. After meeting Sonic and Tails they became his allies and eventually his best friends. Rouge did steal the master emerald but knuckles was nice enough to still save her after all the trouble she put him through in SA2 and Sonic X.
This skit put a smile on my face, it's nice to see Sonic characters in character, plus it's just nice to see decent hospitality even if it's a drawing.
There is a heart to him...just needs someone to help him either express it or help him see there's more than just staying in solitude and hate visitors.

Hard to say, since there's a couple nomads in the main cast. Tails probably has at least one guest room. Same with Cream and Vanilla. Amy would complain but take Rouge in. I can't think of anyone else (from the games) who has a confirmed house. As for the comics, Restoration has sleeping quarters, and Jewel and Tangle could probably make room in the museum, especially since Rouge won't steal from Jewel.
