1)Clip On Handlebar in 200, while streetfighter handlebar on 160!
2)200 comes with Slipper Clutch while 160 gets a normal Clutch!
3)200 4v comes with three riding modes which isn't there in 160 4v!!!
But I would like to gather opinion from everyone...whether it is justifiable to consider 2004v paying 25k more over 1604v for those feature!! Coz performance wise 2004v is an underpowered bike infront of other 200cc bikes while 160rv is best bike of it's segment in terms of performance and value!!!!

200 4V looks way better than 160 4V, they should offer matt finish and more colour options in 160 4V. Performance wise 160 4V is best in its segment

Its not same between 160 4v and 200 4v.
2004 v have better suspension, good quality chain, better brakes, dual channel abs, slipper clutch, good stylish alloy wheel.
Dont compromise for 25k and go for 200 4v.

Hydraulic Steering me Hydraulic fluid , pistons aur pumps hote hain jiske wajah se wo thoda complex hota hai..Valve open hota hai aur fluid ko fluid line ke through bhejta hai...Fluid ke Hydraulic pressure ki wajah se steering desired direction me turn krti hai...Also Seering assist doesn't cut off automatically at high speeds....On the other hand Power steering or EPS me Steering position sensor , torque sensor ,reduction gearbox aur Electric motor connected hote hain ECU se ....Ye saare sensors ECU ko btate hain ki Steering me kitna aur kab assistance dena hai aur kab zaroorat na hone par cutoff krna hai ...Which is Why EPS ( Electric Power Steering ) is better than Hydraulic one.

How do they compare on pillion comfort? I have tested RTR160 but RT200 is not available here for testing. If RTR 200 comfort is not too bad compared to RTR160, I want to prefer it over 160.

They have different suspensions....RTR 160 has 33mm telescopic forks and 200 has 37mm telescopic forks

According to me , R15 V3 is much better than apache 200 4v bcz price is almost same , but R15 has better engine ,power of 200 4v is more but R15 is also power house with better mielage also , both hv dual ABS and slipper clutch and LED , looks wise R15 is way ahead and resale value is also more .
