Anime Aizen is city-level. Yamamoto's Shikai was going to destroy karakura town and Aizen was so scared of it to such a degree he had to seal it off. He was scared of city-level firepower, not only that but in his butterfly form he was hyping himself up and thought he did smth beyond what anyone could do. Slice the top of a small mountain in half which of course wasn't him but Dangai Ichigo if he thought destroying a mountain was crazy then entire meteors would make him too scared to even move. Gin's Bankai is 500x the speed of sound and Gin could tag butterfly Aizen and even though Aizen was off guard if he was far faster than Gin then this wouldn't even be possible. Haku in part 1 of Naruto was moving at the speed of light, and when he was brought back as an edo in the war arc he was speeding past ninjas at the speed of light and was going to kill a fodder guy. Now, BASE Rock Lee and Might Guy intercepted him and kicked him back. Base Might Guy and Rock Lee are ftl, and Madara could perceive and react to an 8 gates guy in his strongest form. That puts him at massively faster than light. Anime Aizen gets completely no diffed no matter how you look at it.
