Casting the Blue Plaque

Ossett's first blue plaque was unveiled at the 'Brewers Pride' pub on Saturday the 28th September 2019. It is to honour Reginald Earnshaw who lived at the pub, which was then named 'The Millers Arms' in his childhood. He was the youngest known serviceman to be killed in WW2 at fourteen years of age.
