Proud Oregonian and Sporked fan. My grandpa’s family farm was a main dairy supplier to Tillamook for a few decades. . This made me smile watching this 😊 he’d be so giddy to see Gwynedd enjoying Tillamook ice cream! His favorite was Mudslide ❤️
I am soooo glad that Sporked is doing all of these taste test videos now! There’s just something about _watching_ them try everything VS _reading_ about it that just hits different for me. I can remember all of the times that Gwynedd would appear on GMM with different things for the guys to try while talking about Sporked and I would always think, “Man, I wish they had a TH-cam channel as I would watch the _hell_ out of them trying all of this fun stuff!” And now they _do_ have a channel and here I am watching the hell out of it, just like I said I would! LOL. I will say though that sometimes I get a bit bummed out when they mention previous taste tests that they’ve done for rankings back when they didn’t record them/have a TH-cam channel. I would’ve LOVED to have seen the root beer taste test or the strawberry ice cream taste test or really ALL of the taste tests as I know that we’ve missed so, SO many! Oh well, at least we’re getting them now! I desperately hope that this channel continues to grow and grow so that they’re able to up their production quality and so that they’re able to put out even more content! Anyway, thanks to the folks at Sporked! Please keep up the awesome work!
I am biased as an Oregonian, but the fudge chunk in mudslide is EXACTLY why I love it so much. I crave.. my mouth actual waters thinking about those hunks of chocolate.
@ put some respect on the Mythical Board Room hahaha. For real, though, it comes down to viewership and ROI. So long as we keep watching and spreading the good word about this channel, I’m sure they’ll get a cute little space eventually.
After seeing spooked reviews on the strawberry one, I fall in love with tilamook. Seeing this unedited version of taste test is like a dream come true ❤
With the peanut butter chocolate, you have to dig into it to get to the ribbon of peanut butter. And it's soooo good! And the mudslide, I don't think you got to the ribbon of chocolate yet. I think that big hunk of chocolate was one of the "bits".
I never thought I was a "pick it up by the lid" person until I got some of these and kept having that problem from 6:11. It's definitely a Tillamook issue.
Tonight I made an ice cream sandwich using the peach ice cream and St Michel La Grande Galette French butter cookies, and it was pure magic. The little bursts of salt from the cookies was perfect.
I buy only Tillamook Unsalted Butter but we have a BlueBell plant in town so I support them for my Ice Cream needs, nice to watch you enjoy though, thanks fer sharing!
I bought the peaches and cream ice cream because of the Tillamock taste test with Rhett and Link. OMG!! My fav and I usually don’t line fruit ice creams.
I've seen this brand pop up in my local grocery store recently and I've wanted to try it, it's good to see it get such high praise from both you folks and Rhett and Link. I think I'm going to do either the peach kind first or the chocolate, vanilla, caramel one. Thanks for the great video
glad to see peach ice cream becoming more of a thing. I worked at the Masters golf tournament for a couple years and one of the treats they have are sugar cookie w/ peach ice cream sandwiches, so good
Theres so many more flavors here in Oregon. Like sea salt and honey comb toffee and malted moo shake or my favorite, the peppermint bark. So many flavors, all of them are great!
Tillamook is my favorite ice cream!!! They are often on sale at my local Food Lion. Once I tried my first one, I never went back! They're more of a creamy ice cream, than icey.
I just discovered this brand living here in Iowa. The ice cream is amazing! The other thing that I like, is they don’t use high fructose corn syrup for most of their flavors and other crap that almost every ice cream manufacturer use these days.
My current favorite Tillamook ice cream right now is their latest "Dark Chocolate and Cookies and Cream". If you love dark chocolate and cookies and cream, this hits the spot!
The Oregon Strawberry is my go to comfort dessert. A small bowl of that plus a few Oreos is like an instant mood changer no matter how crap of a day I've had.
The chocolate peanut butter is so good, I definitely recommend scooping it out and eating out of a bowl, the peanut butter does hide a bit, but it's so yummy!
I know we as a society are told to eschew random gums in our food, but i really love the texture those gums give Tillamook ice cream. It's the perfect balance between soft serve and hard pack ice cream. Speaking of soft serve packed with gums from the grocery freezer, Blue Bunny sells a bunch of soft serve flavors that are kind of an abomination but that i love anyway 😅
Peach ice cream is so evocative of my childhood in NC. We had to take turns cranking the ice cream maker filled with the rock salt. Hard work worth the reward. The ultimate summer taste. Thankfully, my freezer only really fits pints. Ps. This is one of the best additions to the Mythical Brand! Get this staff a set, and a full dispensary of Lactaid, chewable Tums, paper towels and palate cleansers or at least water.
I kinda like that they hop around from one corner of the office to the other. It distinguishes this part of the mythical business model as a written informational media website, first and foremost.
So sad you didn’t try my favorite flavor! Sea Salt and Honeycomb Toffee! It’s newish and as far as I know, only comes in pint sizes. It is SO GOOD. Sweet, but light. I can’t get enough of it
Hands down one of the best ice cream brands I've had. Funny enough the first time I had it was at the Six Flags Over Texas. So creamy, and full of flavor.
I’m so sad you didn’t try the Limited Edition ice creams. The Fireside Peanut Butter Cup is THE BEST Tillamook ice cream ever! But it is a limited edition 😢 I keep hoping they’ll make it a year round version ice cream
7:21 My favorite strawberry ice cream is made by HEB (Creamy Creations): Poteet Strawberry. It has a bit of mesquite honey in it, and it does make a difference. I cannot describe it, but it compliments the berries perfectly!🤗🤗🤗😋
You made crave ice cream so now eating my Mr Green Tea Madagascar Borbon vanilla Ice cream. Bought it at our bargain market so yummy and I bought the last one Waaaaa no more.
How long have they offered pints? I can confirm I’m never seen them in California and I know whenever Tillamook has new products it takes a while for the stock to make it’s way down here.
I think they’ve often said it doesn’t bother anyone there. They’re used to sharing and many are more than just coworkers but actually friends outside of work as well.
I love the peaches and cream too …. Bluebells is good but is vanilla with peach chunks that hurt my teeth so I was skeptical but by far the best and I also love the mint chip cause I lovvvvve white mint chip and I liked how the chips were big and a little soft .
Tillamook and Haagen Daz mints are my favorites of all time. Those two brands (out of the major ones available in CA, excluding the smaller ones like McConnells, etc) are the only ice cream I’ll buy. No more cheap ice cream in my old age. If I’m going to consume these calories, they’d better be good!!!
I saw they had pizzas and Mac and cheese? Out now.. Unfortunately when they release new products there’s never much in stock near me so I haven’t gotten to try out either of them.
I can’t complain too much though because I’m friends with someone that works at the cheese factory and whenever I visit they always have goodies to give me.
I’m not sure how far the pints go. I’m in California and it’s hard to find a lot of Tillamook products that aren’t the cheese blocks and tubs of ice cream. Even then depending on the store, you don’t know what flavors may be available.
This is the best budget friendly high quality ice cream… however, turkey hill chocolate peanut butter is the best for that flavor!!! I’d be interested in a blind vanilla ice cream taste test!!!
The Orange Creamsicle Tillamook flavor is great. Also, best Kroger ice cream? We like the classic chocolate flavor, with some whipped cream, in our house.
My favorite Tillamook ice cream is the campfire peanut butter cup flavor 🔥🔥 I made the mistake of letting my boyfriend try it too and now I have to buy twice as much 😂😂😂
I think the peach ice cream would be _so much_ better if they added a drizzle of brown sugar to it. Otherwise it's just peaches and cream, which is nice, but I think fairly one note. A dash of brown sugar would round it out so much.
Yeah, i know they use plastic because they have to use so many utensils in a day and they're such a small team so there's not a dedicated dishwashing person, but honestly, as long as there's not dried cheese and stuff on their forks, washing a big vat of utensils isn't that hard and could be done fairly quickly at the end of the day.
@@mariapizzaawhy worry about sustainability when you use the same spoon on dozens of cartons in one sitting. What an efficient way to impregnate all the containers with lactic acid bacteria from Gwenedd’s mouth.
agreed, super disappointing. they used metal flatware ONCE. in one video, and got so much great feedback praising them for it. sad to see the plastic again.
My boys love Tillamook ice cream. They love butter pecan, chocolate hazelnut, and mint chocolate chip. I am allergic to egg so they are lucky I can't eat it. 😊
Do yall have Blue Bell out there also?! I know it’s fairly regional and not available everywhere but Tillamook was my favorite until I had Blue Bell. Still quality ice cream but wayyyy better with their “fillings” IMO.
I have to say, I'm new to tillamook but super sensitive to gums and stabilizers (as in I can pick up on them really easily and really turned off by the gummy texture they give ice cream). I want to give it another try though with one of the vanilla flavors, probably the french vanilla.
We love our strawberries here in Oregon and often make fun of California strawberries. Unfortunately, we only get our strawberries once a year and have to eat the white in the middle, less flavorable California berries if we want strawberries all year round.
Omg he's a star and a hero!!!!!!!
Tillamook and the dairy community there are really special. Plus it’s an unbelievably beautiful area.
Best ice creams anywhere! I ❤ their cheeses too. Cheers from So Cal!
best ice cream brand in my opinion! Mudslides soooo good, he has good taste :)
I am soooo glad that Sporked is doing all of these taste test videos now! There’s just something about _watching_ them try everything VS _reading_ about it that just hits different for me.

Going to the Tillamook factory on the Oregon coast is a dairy dream! Cheese and ice cream around every corner.
it’s literally amazing you’ll love it
Their burgers are super too!
And beef jerky
Love the cheese curds
Get the cheese curds!
I love the tour of the office that is the background of these videos haha
I think the Sporked gals (and guys) should demand their own backdrop! It always look like they’re shoved into a spare corner.😂

The dark cherry ice cream is my favorite. Its my go to
With the peanut butter chocolate, you have to dig into it to get to the ribbon of peanut butter. And it's soooo good! And the mudslide, I don't think you got to the ribbon of chocolate yet. I think that big hunk of chocolate was one of the "bits".
No… it’s fudge like in moose tracks… the one in coffee almond fudge is more like fudge sauce…
Yessss I love the peanut butter chocolate
Looks delicious! Makes me crave the french vanilla one off the bat
Gwynedd always makes me laugh. She said the ice cream was "dairy forward"!! Oh, you are so funny!! 🤣
They are also one of the very few, maybe the ONLY, non corporate overlord owned ice cream brands. So, they really deserve our support.
So glad I live in Oregon and am able to get an assortment of Tillamook products at a super affordable price.
I never thought I was a "pick it up by the lid" person until I got some of these and kept having that problem from 6:11. It's definitely a Tillamook issue.

Do it! You won't regret it
Tillamook makes good fruit flavored ice cream. Other brands seem to have trouble getting the flavor right.
Agreed!!
So true! They made a peach ice cream that was unreal!
I live close to the Tillamook factory and we go often for the ice cream and cheese! They have really good pizza now too!
glad to see peach ice cream becoming more of a thing. I worked at the Masters golf tournament for a couple years and one of the treats they have are sugar cookie w/ peach ice cream sandwiches, so good
I LOVE the white chocolate raspberry!! My favorite Tillamook flavor!
Great ice cream and a great company to work for. Love my job!
Oh, that's good to hear!

Did you steal the sheets off of my childhood bed? And make a bad ass shirt with them?
Yaaaaas! We have these in Australia (in the smaller tubs Gwynedd!), it's not often we can enjoy with you 🤩
Great reviews! I was hoping to see a review on the Rocky Roads Ice Cream.
I hope y'all do van leeuwen soon. I recently searched on sporked and i couldn't find any articles of all of them
i love that brand, they have the weirdest flavors!

Yay, thank you Sporked.
It would be interesting to have a ranking sheet on each container and have the staff individually rank all of the flavors.
Cracking myself up cause i was on board with her saying the tubs are too small but then she said they are too big 😅😂😂😂
Peach ice cream is so evocative of my childhood in NC. We had to take turns cranking the ice cream maker filled with the rock salt. Hard work worth the reward. The ultimate summer taste.

I am convinced that every Mythical employee is given a mandatory edible every morning when they clock in.
We wish 💔
I love these videos!!!! Great brand of ice cream. Please get these lovely humans a mini studio for testing products!

You can't get the good parts of the ice cream until you get to the middle!
I love Tillamook ❤️
So sad you didn’t try my favorite flavor! Sea Salt and Honeycomb Toffee!
It’s newish and as far as I know, only comes in pint sizes. It is SO GOOD. Sweet, but light. I can’t get enough of it

So sad to not see the White Chocolate Raspberry (my fave) and Oregon Dark Cherry! They're so so good, especially with dark chocolate sauce.
7:21 My favorite strawberry ice cream is made by HEB (Creamy Creations): Poteet Strawberry. It has a bit of mesquite honey in it, and it does make a difference. I cannot describe it, but it compliments the berries perfectly!🤗🤗🤗😋

Good to know!
You made crave ice cream so now eating my Mr Green Tea Madagascar Borbon vanilla Ice cream. Bought it at our bargain market so yummy and I bought the last one Waaaaa no more.
Might be because I'm in the PNW, but every store here has their line-up in pint form.
How long have they offered pints? I can confirm I’m never seen them in California and I know whenever Tillamook has new products it takes a while for the stock to make it’s way down here.
I’ve seen the new frozen products (pizza and Mac n cheese) but when I go to the stores that are supposed to have them, they never do 😢
Tillamook mudslide makes legendary milkshakes
Brb trying this
Our favorite is the waffle cone we add whip cream and peanuts to the top *chefs kiss* I also love the marionberry
Currently, at the Walmarts in Salem, Oregon, we have pints of Tillamook. Including my go-to, Dark Cherry.
Tillamook has pint sizes! At least up here in the PNW, but they’re like “small batch” specialty flavors.
The Oregon Dark Cherry is the BEST! Biiiiig chunks of cherry in CHERRY ice cream! Lurve!!!
My germophobe self wonders who will eat that ice cream after you used the same spoon for each flavor! 🤣
Gwynedd will eat all of it.
I think they’ve often said it doesn’t bother anyone there. They’re used to sharing and many are more than just coworkers but actually friends outside of work as well.
But I also like the idea that Gwynedd ate all of that ice cream 😂

Coffee almond fudge!! 🤤
Do an Umpqua vs Tillamook taste test. Best of Oregon
Thank you very much Miss Lippy
I tried a frozen Tillamook pepperoni pizza recently. It was the best frozen pizza I've EVER had.
They make Tillamook pints!
I live in Pa., and we can get Tillamook, but not in Pints. Honestly that would be too expensive, and I'd rather have the bigger one anyway.
It seems like the pints mostly only come in the limited edition flavors though
@@mariapizzaa That might be good to try.
I’m not sure how far the pints go. I’m in California and it’s hard to find a lot of Tillamook products that aren’t the cheese blocks and tubs of ice cream. Even then depending on the store, you don’t know what flavors may be available.
Okay but have y'all tried the waffle cone ice cream sandwiches?? They are INSANE.
The hunks of chocolate are what I get Mudslide for. 🍫 🤤🤤
Indeed. She cannot appreciate the finer things.
Duee, Peaches and cream is my favorite Tillamook flavor.
That tub of ice cream looks huge!! Woah😮
Perfect sales pitch at the peak of summer n August✅🇺🇸💙gettin some soon peach n strawberry🤷🏻♂️💁🏽♂️
This is the best budget friendly high quality ice cream… however, turkey hill chocolate peanut butter is the best for that flavor!!! I’d be interested in a blind vanilla ice cream taste test!!!
My HEB has Tillamook pints! I get the chocolate with peanut butter ribbon on the regs.
Where did yall get all this ice cream
I saw on their social media that they are starting to come out in pint sizes ❤😊
The Orange Creamsicle Tillamook flavor is great. Also, best Kroger ice cream? We like the classic chocolate flavor, with some whipped cream, in our house.
Gotta be a regional thing with some of the flavors offered
A fellow Pint Stan. So many brands have flavors I would like but I'm not committing to a quart or half gallon of ice cream.
Do people in the office take the test tasted food home?
I have the German Chocolate cake flavor that I love.
Mudslide is my all time favorite ice cream. I like Choc Peanut Butter but I agree that it dosen't hit all the bites
French vanilla bean ice cream would be fantastic.
My fave Tillamook flavors are marionberry pie and malted moo shake. Bummed neither of them made the cut!
My favorite Tillamook ice cream is the campfire peanut butter cup flavor 🔥🔥 I made the mistake of letting my boyfriend try it too and now I have to buy twice as much 😂😂😂
1.5QT is like 2-3 servings for me!
I think the peach ice cream would be _so much_ better if they added a drizzle of brown sugar to it. Otherwise it's just peaches and cream, which is nice, but I think fairly one note. A dash of brown sugar would round it out so much.
Fit check 📸🔥🔥

The plastic makes me crazy! I've only seen them use washable, sustainable utensils once

They need to borrow the GMM studio for an important episode like this!
They did improve their audio quality A LOT, but this room has the worst audio for sure. That fridge in the background of this room is so annoying.

Sooo much fun. ❤🎉

I am surprised that don't have a Butter Pecan flavor. That was my Mom's favorite ice cream.
Tillamook has Butter Pecan in the family-size containers.
The website includes product information.
I have to say, I'm new to tillamook but super sensitive to gums and stabilizers (as in I can pick up on them really easily and really turned off by the gummy texture they give ice cream). Old fashion vanilla is the best. I had to buy all of them a few times because I kept forgetting
Tillamook does pints (at least in Oregon they have them granted it’s from Oregon)
We love our strawberries here in Oregon and often make fun of California strawberries. Unfortunately, we only get our strawberries once a year and have to eat the white in the middle, less flavorable California berries if we want strawberries all year round.
