You are right to point out that, from the point of view of many spiritual traditions, all methods that seek contact with the Divine can be considered equally important, depending on the perspective of each practice. When Yogananda referred to Kriya Yoga as the "highest method," he was not indicating that other methods were inferior or worthless, but rather that, for him, Kriya Yoga offers a particularly effective and scientific approach to achieving union with God. He saw this practice as a direct and powerful way to access a deep spiritual experience, accessible to anyone interested in dedicating themselves to disciplined practice.
Kriya yoga is not the highest method. Bhakti yoga is the highest method love of Krishna, god is called Krishna,that's his Sanskrit name ,,and he wrote the book Bhagavad-Gita 5200 years ago , one must only read the original book translated by one of his displinic disciples AC bhaktivadanta swami prabupada. Chanting the hare Krishna mantra and learning about the personal form of Krishna in the Krishna book will guarantee the soul will be reunited back with Krishna in goloko vrindavaen where all souls decided to leave from , about 10 % of soul's decided to leave Krishna to be independent from him , unfortunately the soul forgets it's identity with Krishna and becomes attached to the egoic mind in this materlistic universe,which is only 25% of Krishnas energy,the other 75% is in the spiritual realms where 90% of souls live , hopefully you will look further into my message and you will end your cycle of reincarnation. The human life is the only opportunity to go back home , in the materlistic universe their are 8million 400 thousand life forms ,the human form makes up only 400 thousand 5% all other life forms are aquatic insect animal etc ,don't waste this life ,hare Krishna ❤
Thank you for the comment! I've read that when we go deeper into meditation, we can hear sounds referring to each chakra. Celestial sounds similar to that of a flute. So, I believe there must be sounds like this on the higher planes, ethereal sounds like the wind you mentioned. I believe so, but I need to research more on the subject. Namaste!

My spine is broken in the sacral and lower lumbar are out of alignment. I don’t think I can do this.
Don t worry about the body situation. May be it s painful but it s not an hindrance for Your kryia progress
