I think MacG is one of bosses who is friendly but knows when to call out incompetency. When he does, people probably get shocked..because they don't understand that a friendly boss is still your leader, seperate the business from the friendship.
After the great and eye opening interview👏🏽 with Tol Ass Mo, it would be a befitting gesture for the team to in future consider inviting Katlego Maboe onto the Podcast as he is also a victim of false accusations and the merciless cancel culture parade. He got falsely accused by ex-partner Monique Muller🚮 for amongst other things were domestic violence of which the judge ruled in favour of Katlego Maboe and he was acquitted of ALL charges brought up against him but it had already costed him an insurmountable reputational and financial damage. This platform has become a powerful medium for good men doing great things in society that are attacked by bitter, enraged and vile women to be given a chance to speak truth to power by sharing their side of the story, and as such inhibiting misandrist women that are being cultivated by this shallow modern society.

People need to understand that attention is the new currency, so the podcast can't afford to load episodes late or have issues that may jeopardize its success. That's opening easy loopholes for competitors. I respect your decision, Mac. Your employees needs to understand that you are running a business, and a very competitive one, because what you are doing is not unique.But your ability to spot talent, and grabbing people's attention and being consistent is primarily why the podcast is a success.It takes a true leader to assemble A winning team.You didn't fire the guys on the spot but reprimanded them a few times; they took advantage, so they have themselves to blame.The podcast shouldn't be individual-dependent because that's how most businesses die. Your team must know that they are there to work first and have fun after because, come month end, they expect to get paid. I think moving forward, you need to try and limit the participation of the crew like Rogan does. Most people don't know who the sound or camera guy is on the Rogan show. I wish the guys takes this as a lesson, and most importantly, I wish them all the best in life. I also wish this addictive podcast nothing but prosperity and more subscribers.

I remember when Aya started commenting on the podcast and Mac G would call him out out. He wanted fame so bad and also recently printed t shirts written this is the sound guy from podcast and chill. He was planning his exit strategy. He definately got what he wanted cos now he's known and doing his thing. He's got his businesses and new album. He doesn't need the podcast at all. When you are that talented and doing well being a subordinate becomes very hard when you are big headed. Sol is doing very well in his career but he's still very professional, the only time he was absent was when he was sick. All the best to him, he played a major role on the podcast but a more focused person is needed on the team.

I found that very distasteful, why do men think it’s okay to talk down on women who have never done anything to them. Mac G was desperate for Sol to say something negative about Nadia but Sol didn’t, perhaps because he got to speak to her and actually noticed she is a very lovely girl. There was podcast and chill before Aya ..Chillers are behind you and like you said at the end of the day this is a business indeed..Uploading episodes late was really starting to be annoying
The Podcast and Chill network can only grow from strength to strength if people within the employment of network takes their jobs seriously. As much as it's a fun environment it's also a professional working environment where everyone works for his salary/wages and if the network is not run professionally then at some point the network might collapse. We're the biggest podcast in Africa and the professionalism and quality should match it and glitches will always be there but it can't be repetitive. Tough but necessary business decisions have to be made at some point

I believe Thuso. When I was moving from one area to the other, my fridge flew off the bakkie. Obviously, it was negligence from the driver and his team because the rope used to tie the fridge and furniture was not tight enough. Nevertheless, by the time they drove back to get the fridge it was gone, and all this happened in less than 10 minutes. I saw this because they were driving behind me.
