So I can't add a photo here of my own project I did but instead of the infusible ink sheets I wanted to try using the infusible ink pens/markers on white glitter htv on faux leather. I wanted a project that wouldn't have to stand up to washing which would possibly wash the design off or eventually lift the htv. It works but very light. I think it was light for it either not having a dark enough hatchfill done or I may not have had the heat or time correct. So I will do the project a few more times to see what it looks like. I came here to see what heat and time you used for yours since the heat guide is so limited as to what material you decide to use in their selection of material.
Also since infusible ink sheet turns into a gas and will only adhere to the white glitter permanently you can cut out a design in htv but just cover your design with a piece of infusible ink sheet to cover your design. You don't have to try to exactly match each design to the other. Plus if you wear disposable gloves the oil from your hands will not get on the sheet which could ruin it.
So does the infusible ink design just lay on top of the glitter htv then instead of sinking down into the shirt like it would normally do on polyester?Seems like the finished product would be like just htv…with an infusible ink design on top of it? Not sure I see the point.🤔
If you "crack" by rolling the infusible ink sheet until it pops you don't need a weeding tool except possibly the smaller pieces. You've probably never tried that by what I just saw you do with your sheet. Give it a try. It doesn't usually tear up like I saw you do. That can actually make your design tear!!
Hooray infusible ink without polyester, I can’t wait to try this. Thank you for the tip.
Yes! It's a great way to be able to have it pop on any shirt! :)
“I Encourage you stop just collecting and start creating”…. 😏😣 Oh no! How did u know??!! 😭😭😭😂😂… I need to get to it already! Thank you for sharing! ❤️

I have been wanting to try this.... does the type/brand of glitter vinyl make a difference?
Not that I know of! It lasts great in the wash too!

Can you do this on non glitter htv?
I don’t see why not but I will be honest and say I haven’t tried it yet.
It will only work best on white glitter htv.
Hello
Cant you put on 100% cotton
Infusible Ink won't show or will be super faded on 100% cotton unfortunately.
